You will find this spacious and well-stocked condo a comfortable retreat for your mountain get-away. Our building is located in the heart of Summit County, making this a perfect home base for your group whether you are skiing in the winter or enjoying other activities in the summer. You will be surprised at the spaciousness of this condo, which will allow your group to spread out and relax while enjoying the wonderful view of Lake Dillon. The open floor plan in the living area includes the living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a new wood-burning stove insert fitted into the fireplace. The dining area seats six and the well-stocked kitchen that will please the chef in your family. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a TV, as well as an attached bathroom. In the bathroom there is a vanity with one sink, a shower & toilet. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms have cozy bedding and linens. The second bathroom is accessed through the hallway, as well as through the queen bedroom. Inside you'll find a vanity with 2 sinks, a bathtub/shower and a toilet. Both TVs in the condo are SmartTVs which will allow you to stream your favorite TV shows and movies, besides what is available through the cableTV package. (You must use your own streaming accounts & remember to sign out before you leave!) However, when you are not out and about you'll probably spend most of your time on the very roomy balcony, which overlooks beautiful Lake Dillon and the mountains. Everyone agrees – the VIEW is magnificent! Whether enjoying your coffee or eating a meal at the outdoor table, the view of the lake will draw you outside again and again. There are tons of things to do in Summit County during your visit! Dillon is central to five ski resorts which you can drive to within 15 minutes, or ride the free Summit Stage bus if you don't want to drive. Keystone, Breckenridge Resort, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Ski Basin & Loveland are all just minutes away. In the summer time, enjoy the Farmer's Market each Friday as well as free concerts in the Amphitheater every Friday & Saturday nights. The Amphitheater is just a block away from our building. Other summer activities include biking (bike rentals available right in town), hiking, boating, kayaking, sailing, fishing, horseback riding, and whitewater rafting. Don't wait! PLEASE NOTE: In the spirit of full disclosure, we want our potential guests to understand that the heating system makes some ambient noise during operation. When the system turns on & off, you may hear the hot water radiators make some noise as part of the normal operation procedure. The whole building uses this kind of a system so if you are a very light sleeper and require 100% silence during the night then this condo may not be a good fit for you. HOUSE RULES: We would welcome your reservation if: •You are over the age of 25 years & are willing to provide a copy of your valid ID •You are willing to sign a copy of our rental agreement which will be emailed to you after your booking is confirmed •You are not a smoker •You do not want to bring a pet •Your party does not consist of more than 6 people •You understand that a $200 security deposit HOLD will be placed on your credit card 1 day in advance of arrival. If you use a DEBIT card to pay for your booking the hold will actually remove the funds from your account. WE ENCOURAGE PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARDS instead of debit cards for this reason. The hold will be released 7 days after your departure as long as there are no damage claims filed against the security deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY: A taxable cancellation fee will be charged for every cancellation in order to reimburse the property owner for expenses he/she would be out-of-pocket for your canceled booking. The total amount of the cancellation fee is the sum of the items described below: •10% of the amount of rent only •The total amount of credit card processing fees the owner has paid on your booking payments •Tax applied to cancellation fee If applicable, refunds will be issued as follows: •Up to 60 days before arrival, guest receives 100% of the payment less the taxable cancellation fee •Up to 30 days before arrival, guest receives 50% of the payment less the taxable cancellation fee •No refunds within 30 days. This is a great place to stay. Bedrooms are large plenty of living space. And great location for Skiing at Keystone and Breckenridge. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was well located and roomy. The view was great. One bathroom had been updated and the other was not. Kitchen was adequate. Perhaps too many pots and pans and the like. Could use some culling of doubled up items. Plenty of living room furniture and bedroom furniture. maybe too much and too large with many of the drawers not working properly.
Overall I would recommend staying here if you don’t mind some outdated furniture and decor. Good for the price.

This was a great place to stay with teenage snowboarders. Plenty of room for stuff, easy access to the parking lot and close to the slopes. And it was a lovely place to work during the day with a perfect view of the lake. Communication about check-in and stay details were proactive and accurate. We will stay here again for sure.

This condo had everything we needed for our family. It’s location is great to get around Summit County and super close to Keystone resort. It was perfect for our family and super close to restaurants, the grocery store, and across the street from the lake with an ice skating rink we loved having close by! Hope to visit next ski season!

There were a few hiccups with the DVD player and the manager was right on top of them. It was so nice to have someone respond to all my messages even on the weekend. I truly appreciated this. The house was warm, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. When we ski we always cook as it is expensive enough. Appreciated the well stocked seasonings! Thanks for allowing us to stay at "Dad's place."

Condo was clean, well stocked and in an excellent location to ski Keystone and Vail. The online pictures are a bit poor and I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived.

It was dated, however, it had everything and more. Very clean, great location, Bed was great and we had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Everything was well maintained. VRBO kept us updated and followed up. Will definitely use them again.

A bit of a 70s throwback, but the space, view and everything else was great. They even had a fully functioning fireplace. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back.

Perfect location right on the lake. The size of the place was amazing. Everything was super dated. Know that it is to honor the memory of their dad so there is SOME leeway, but there are ways to update pertinent areas while keeping the charm. Beds are quite old, couch is lumpy and needs badly to be replaced, and carpet in the bathrooms is a rough one. All that said, I knew what we were getting in to with other reviews so It wasn’t a big deal. I’d stay there again for the location and views alone.

Excellent property, even better location.
We were very pleased with the property. Although the interior decor is somewhat dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
Communication throughout the rental process was top notch. Although we didn't need any assistance during our stay, I'm certain the response to any need would have been immediate.
The location is ideal, being right across the street from the lake, and very close to some of the best restaurants in Dillon.
We were very pleased with our experience.

Dillon Condo
The rental property is good sized and the location is great. The view is extremely limited in the summer as there are trees in front of the deck.
The property is as pictured but really needs to be updated. We are familiar with quite a few other properties in the area and the ones we have seen have all been substantially updated. Since this is not an inexpensive property the owner needs to think about updating on a systematic basis.

Forced Family Fun!
Our trip was overshadowed by the Covid-19 virus and we were forced to stay inside. That was the bad news. The good news is that the condo had plenty of space so we could spread out. This is our second visit to this condo and we just love it. Close to everything, clean and comfortable. It has everything you need in the kitchen and a BEAUTIFUL view! My parents spent much time on the deck enjoying the sun and the view. Due to slopes being closed, the kids, grandparents and I spent time sledding right outside our door and onto the frozen lake! We will definitely be back!

After skiing at many Summit County areas, coming back to the deck overlooking Lake Dillon is perfect. Centrally located for driving or walking to many restaurants. Easily accommodated 4 of us.

The property did exactly what it was supposed to ,
It was exactly as advertised, had all the amenities we required, and was comfortable, That the decor was a trifle out of date , was for your personal reasons but it all worked, The hot water took a little while to get used to, We had a great week Skiing in very comfortable surroundings! we will book again , if we come and ski in Colorado again.

Very clean, very convenient and easy access to ski areas.
Extremely clean condo with a beautiful view of the mountains and Lake Dillon. Very nice condo with excellent kitchen, bedroom and bathroom amenities. Heat for the condo was hot water floor radiators, which is less "drying" than a forced air system which allowed for a better internal environment. Although we did not use them, there were several humidifiers available if there was a need to increase the humidity inside the condo. Excellent communication with the manager and clear instructions on how to get into condo and how to leave it. No problems what so ever. For those using it for winter skiing as we did, perhaps one of the most convenient features was the closeness to the Summit Stage (free public transportation) stop about a block away. It picked up/dropped off every half hour to Keystone. Summit County has free excellent public transportation to most parts of the County and all the ski areas. The town of Dillon was within easy walking distance and the park along the lake was just across the street. The condo was quiet with almost no noise from adjacent condos, although there was a slight amount of "floor noise" from the condo above. Although we did not use the porch and outdoor grill and indoor fireplace, these were available with good instructions on how to use them. Wi-fi was excellent with no problems getting hooked up to the internet. This was a very comfortable condo which allowed us to have an excellent ski vacation. The condo did not have a space inside to store skis and boots. We kept our skis in our vehicle. Also, we did purchase several "boot trays" from the local Walmart in order to keep our outdoor footwear, including ski boots, inside at the entrance to the condo. This kept dirt and snow melt water from being trampled into the condo and allowed us to bring in our ski boots to dry out and keep warm. Highly recommended, without a doubt, a five star rating.

Great location, clean and comfortable.
My nephew and I stayed here for a long weekend to ski at Copper, Breck and Keystone. Perfect location in Dillon close to everything. The condo is clean and in great condition considering it’s age, you can tell the owners take pride in it. Great views of the lake and mountains with a park right across the street. While it was only the two of us there is easily room for at least a family of six to eight. Thank you Valerie for making everything perfect!

It Was Great For Us, YMMV
If up-to-date decor matters to you, you will hate the 1970s Country
Quaint theme. Plus a Groovy Bathroom. Otherwise, you might appreciate
that things are clean, comfortable, and not nearly so worn as one would
expect.
The rooms are huge by 2BR vacation condo standards, the full kitchen is
well equipped, and the location is ideal - the big deck of this corner
unit on the end of the complex closest to the Dillon Amphitheater
allowed us to enjoy an otherwise sold-out concert in more comfort than
the folks inside the venue. Views during the day are spectacular. The
laundry room is a bonus.
Our second day the plumber arrived and attempted to fix a leak from the
shower down into the unit below. I hope his fix worked because
otherwise pretty much the whole bathroom will have to be remodeled (at
which time the failing vent fans in both bathrooms can be replaced).

Adequate
The best thing about this condo was it's location. Easy to access and only up a few steps. Kitchen had everything we needed. On the down side, decor should be updated - especially carpet and furniture. Outlets are only two-pronged, so we needed an adapter to plug in our boot dryers. Smells very musty when you enter - maybe because carpeting in the bathrooms is black on the edges by the showers. Hot and cold water knobs in the showers are very touchy. Only a 30 inch TV in living room.

great view, great for family of six
Outstanding view from the back deck of Lake Dillon and the mountains behind the lake. Great layout of the condo for a family of 6, two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus a large sectional sofa for sleeping. Plenty of seating around the living room for everyone as well. Decorations and furnishings are a bit dated but honestly that adds to the charm of this place. Good location too, near a grocery store and close to I-70 plus easy access to get to either Keystone or Breck along the dam road.

Super comfy & spacious in a perfect location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I had all the information I needed to feel like I knew exactly what to expect and what to do. All the communications with Valerie were timely and helpful and friendly. The condo was wonderful! It was so nice to feel like we were staying in a real home. There were just 3 of us so it felt huge and spacious. You could easily have twice that many people very comfortably. We mostly ate in (the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and the grocery store is super close). The BBQ at the Arapahoe Cafe and Pub was top notch. Bonus - Summit Stage free bus stops right around the corner so we had easy, convenient transport to Keystone. Can't wait to come back!

RETIRED AND LOVE THE SKIING
Timberline is very central for skiing some of the best mountains in the country. Also close for dining, shopping and " pubbing " !! Yay

Nice Townhouse with beautiful view conveniently located on Lake Dillon.
My brother and my two 20-something daughters stayed here to ski. Very comfortable condo. Good space and great location: right in front of Lake Dillon, very close to shops and restaurants/breweries, yet quiet. Also, easy access to Keystone and Breckenridge ski resorts. Reasonably priced. Could use updating--but that really didn't matter. Only disappointment was fireplace. I was warned 2 months earlier that we couldn't use it, but i thought it would have been repaired by now. Not sure what the issue is. Nevertheless, a good value and we will likely stay again.

Wonderful place with lots of room!
My kids and I met up with the grandparents for a fun week of family visits and skiing. What a wonderful place to stay! It had everything we needed and more! And so much room to spread out! The kids loved the sunken tub and the view from the porch was amazing! We spend many evenings swinging on the porch and just enjoying the view. We could also walk to the pubs and diners. It was close to the playground near the lake so the kids could get their wiggles out. Close to everything! As many have said, an update to the condo would be nice, but clearly not necessary. We like the reason for the "retro" feel. :) And the price was amazing!
