Enjoy the year-round activities that Holiday Valley has to offer. We are located 1 mile from Holliday Valley Resort and less than two miles from HoliMont Ski Club. This charming 4-bedroom house is perfect for family/ group gatherings, weddings, ski vacations or any special event weekends that Ellicottville hosts every year. You can enjoy our two spacious living rooms with flat screen TVs, perfect for movie nights after a long day of skiing. Or cozy on up next to the gas fireplace while playing one of the many board games we have provided. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, coffee bar, large living room with fireplace, 9 beds including 1 king bed and a large secluded back yard. Minimum 30 day rental.

We were so happy with our time spent here! I came with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect spot location wise and gigantic! There was no need to Uber anywhere because we were so close to everything and the house was so cute and had everything we needed! Dylan was also so easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions in a super timely matter. I would recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere that holds a group of people. 10/10!

I have nothing but rave reviews for our stay in Ellicottville. Dylan was extremely hospitable and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The back room was an amazing spot for a large group of women to hang out comfortably, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Everyone in the group was already talking about when we will be back!

Dylan was wonderful! He was very responsive in getting back to me about questions! The house was more than expected, was wayyyy bigger than the pictures showed! Was very nice how the house was so close to in town, very short walk to everything! Definitely would recommend staying here to everyone!

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party. The downstairs living room was the perfect room to set up decorations and party! The bedrooms and amount of beds/bathrooms was convenient. Not to mention - walkable to downtown! This was the perfect house for us and we’ll remember our memories forever.

We had an excellent boys weekend at the house. Location between Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville was great. The was house was as described, well appointed and very nicely decorated and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and bunks were a great option for us. Dylan was super easy to work with and communicated well. We will book here again for sure!

Overall the place was really nice and we had a great time. The indoor and outdoor fire places were both really nice and the master bedroom was awesome! Only recommendation is that the table on the patio is really old and needs to be replaced. Dylan was very responsive and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at the house for a weekend with my sisters and their husbands. We had a wonderful time, the house was clean, updated and had everything you could possibly want. Definitely want to rent again

This property exceeded all my expectations!! A group of 10 ladies went for a weekend getaway. There was ample space to sleep, three full bathrooms for everyone to get ready in, a great sized kitchen and an amazing backyard with the patio, hot tub and fire pit! The location was absolutely perfect as we were just a 5-10 minute walk from everywhere we went this weekend. We fit four cars in the driveway and the others parked just across the street in the lot. There was not a single thing the property owners haven’t thought about guests needing during the stay. Every woman in our group said they would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Dylan!!

Beautiful house & very convenient location to town with everything being a short walk away. The house was very clean and spacious and worked perfectly for our girls trip this past weekend. There were 12 of us and it never felt overcrowded. Would highly recommend this property!

We were so pleased with this property. Our ski group has stayed at a ton of places and this definitely ranks at the top of our list! There were plenty of sleeping spaces, tons of room to gather, and never a wait for a bathroom! The best part of this property was the proximity to Holiday Valley and the village. Being able to walk into town was worth every cent!

This house is full of everything you need from cooking, to sleeping, to separate areas for older teens and parents. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and two separate areas to hang out - fun, rest, movie time or party time can be had. The big room in the back of the house is HUGE. Bar area, big couch, TV, tons of floor space, fireplace, door to driveway and door to back deck/hot tub. You walk up a few steps from this room into the kitchen - which is separated by a door for noise etc. kitchen will not be central location to hang out due to size, but who cares when it’s fully equipped and you have a dining room with a huge table for games, puzzles, eating or chatting and a family room with TV for hanging out! Front door heads out onto a huge covered porch with 5 chairs to hang out in the morning with coffee, mimosas, bloody or a book! Communication with Dylan was easy, he always responded immediately. Perfect house for us we would rent again.

This house is perfectly located between shopping, restaurants and skiing. Very cozy and clean. Loved the 3 full bathrooms, worked great since we had 3 families staying. The master bedroom is amazing! It was a great place to stay!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and super comfortable. The house is very close to Holiday Valley which made taking a break from skiing and the cold very convenient. We also really enjoyed relaxing together in such a family friendly setting. We hope to return again, soon :)

We stayed with friends and family for the New Years. The house was perfect with big enough living and sleeping space for 14 people; walking distance from the Ellicotville town and HolidayValley ski resort. House was very clean and cozy.. its an awesome getaway for all seasons around!! Thank you for hosting and we would definitely lile to come again !!
