Beautifully decorated 3 bed, 2 bath air conditioned condo on the beach! Enjoy sunsets from the beautiful open concept living area with a fireplace, vaulted ceiling & 75” flat TV. Light & bright kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counters, and Dacor premium appliances. Completely renovated throughout with high-end luxury vinyl plank flooring, brand new furniture, light fixtures, ceiling fans, slider doors, custom shades, fresh paint & much more! Flatscreen TVs in all 3 bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has a great work area with a built-in desk. Full-size washer & dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen and fresh, hotel-grade linens. We welcome families with children and offer baby essentials such as a pack n play, baby gate, stroller & high chair! Propane grill on the balcony for BBQing. One covered parking space and 1-car garage used for storing beach essentials. We provide bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, games such as corn hole & ladder ball, refrigerator, surfboards & boogie boards, wetsuits & children’s life jackets for our guests. Free parking along Pacific Street. No meters. Large semi-private beach with access to the public beach below. Located in a well-maintained 4-unit building. Walk or bike to Oceanside's best restaurants, pier and harbor. Carlsbad is just a short 2.5 miles away

Everything was seamless from beginning to end. Leslie is a gracious hostess. She really tries to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The property is beautiful. Views are stunning. Would highly recommend and will likely return.

This condo is very clean and beautiful. Stunning view of the ocean allows for gorgeous natural light, creating a lovely atmosphere. The fireplace was perfect for the chilly, overcast days. We really enjoyed our stay!

Right on the ocean with amazing views. Private balcony and common beach area with access to ocean. House was amazing - better than the photos! Lots of bikes and play stuff available in garage. Easy off street parking. Neighborhood very walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops and Oceanside beach.
Leslie, the host, was also amazing! She met us and walked through entire house explaining everything. She even texted recommendations for restaurants and sun things to do in the area. Awesome person!
Overall, an amazing vacation, house and location!!

Spring break was a dream with this amazing condo. It was so well outfitted and cozy, it was hard to leave and go sightseeing. The owner was extremely considerate and walked us through the place to ensure we felt right at home. Highly recommend!!! Will definitely look to stay again. Thank you!

Our family of five had a blast. Condo was as beautiful as pictured. Ideal set up with two other bedrooms toward the back of the condo and master towards the front-husband and I could stay up late and not bother the kids. Location on the beach was just the best-the waves are loud and I slept like a rock listening to them. Saw dolphins and surfers as others have mentioned. Leslie was very helpful without being intrusive. Highly recommend!

This beachside condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Leslie was a fantastic host, the location directly on the beach was wonderful, and the unit was spectacular, sparkling clean, and very well equipped. We were all very comfortable and would definitely return. Thanks!

You cannot get much closer to the ocean than this, and if you sleep on the beach side in the primary bedroom, you'll fall asleep and awake to the sound of the surf. We loved the location and the condo was well appointed. We stayed in the winter, and enjoyed the cozy fireplace, and the bright space.
Unlike most VRBOs we've been to, the host likes to give a little tour of the place and give some tips on how to operate things.

We stayed 27 nights for both work and play. The condo has absolutely everything you need for anything you need to do. I have stayed in many VRBO and sometimes they have 2 plates a fork and a dull knife. This place has everything you need + more and very high quality stuff. From the towels to the dishes, to the bedding.
The views are wonderful, sunsets, dolphins, seals, surfers to name just a few. Outside of the crashing waves it is very quiet. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Great communication from the owners. Condo is very clean and decorated nicely. You should not hesitate to stay here. We will be back.

We loved this place. Very spacious for five adults and light and airy with a million dollar view. The photos are accurate. Very well stocked and appointed. In better weather we would have hung out on the beach more, used the bikes, etc., but as it was we took long walks everyday along the strand, on the beach, into town, etc. beautiful even in cloudy weather. We’d love to come back!

Amazing view of Pacific…surfers and dolphins every day! Beautifully designed and furnished… abundantly stocked..towels…kitchen things…seasoning /cooking basics…sports equipment…surfboards ..SUP…boogie boards… toy…games…chairs…umbrellas….all over the norm for any VRBO… two king bedrooms are a plus! Nice walk to pier…owner is beyond nice! Great for family vacation

We arrived at the Condo and was greeted by Leslie...who was such a nice person. She took the time to show us how everything worked. The Condo was clean and was well stocked with everything you would need. We had 3 adults and 3 children 16,12, and 10. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to stay here again.. This townhouse was nicely renovated and well appointed with everything you would need for a vacation stay. However, it was a total surprise at the price point to arrive and find that the townhouse was not air conditioned. The temperature in the unit was 89 degrees when we arrived. When we called the owner she said “we’re having unusually hot weather”. Unfortunately, it was hot the entire week. The temperature inside the h unit never reached below 88 for a week even with windows open and 6 fans going. To her credit, the owner installed a temporary air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms so we could get relief. But it was so incredibly noisy that we had a broken sleep for the whole duration of the heat wave. Location wise, the unit was right on the water with lovely sunset views. But it was a stretch of Oceanside that had practically no beach and my elderly husband could not stand in the waves for fear of being knocked down. All in all, a good change of pace but we would not stay here again.

Location Location Location, The pictures don't do justice, the view is unobstructed million dollar view.
We spend hours in the morning when low tide at the beach, took nap in the afternoon and evening we ate out and repeated this whole day. My son is into fishing and caught enough fish for dinner almost everyday at the end of the rocks across from the tower.
Leslie is amazing host that is just a text away if you need any answers. Groceries and restaurants are within couple of miles. The beach by the property is not visible from the street so very few people at all times. It almost felt like it is local with few other people.added in. We were able to take our dog ro the beach before the lifeguard came to the tower during low tide before 9am.
The home is well equipped with everything for cooking and filled with Beach stuff in the garage. We will be going back to Leslie's home again.

This was a great property for a family vacation. We are a family of 3 with a 10 year old, and we stayed here with my parents. The check-in was great, simple, and quick. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, and we ate most meals in. The beach below (the private beach) was fun and provided beach chairs. Below this was a fun beach with cool rocks that my son enjoyed searching through. It was also a very short walk (<5 minutes) over to a sandy beach. The balcony of the property was a great draw. Would definitely recommend this house!

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The owners thought of everything. They even have a whole garage full of fun things to use at the beach. We loved the private beach for our grandbaby. It was perfect.

She’s also done an amazing job making the home feel like your own home. She was super kind and very accessible. As far as the property- no expense was spared. From the newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms to the beds and furniture. Everything was comfortable and appealing. The property lives up to the pictures and more. Great location as well.! We definitely would stay at this place again!

Leslie has been absolutely the best host we’ve had the privilege of working with (and we’ve rented a lot of properties). She has thought of everything somebody would need in staying at a beach condo. She’s also done an amazing job making the home feel like your own home. She was super kind and very accessible. As far as the property- no expense was spared. From the newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms to the beds and furniture. Everything was comfortable and appealing. The property lives up to the pictures and more. Great location as well.! We definitely would stay at this place again!

The owners have done an amazing job with top notch quality remodel and decor. Everything from the check in process to the fully equipped kitchen to falling asleep and waking to the sounds of waves make this a wonderful get away.

This home could not have been a more perfect escape for us. The location is absolutely incredible- we walked to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The private beach and the lower beach at low tide were absolutely perfect. Listening to the waves and sleeping with the doors open made for fantastic sleeping. We went in early May and the weather was right around 70, and we spent quite a few evenings with the fire on with the breeze coming through... sincerely difficult to describe how perfect this place is. The hosts are fantastic with communication and very helpful- I truly could not find one flaw with our whole trip. We can't wait to book our next 8 night stay here!

This home could not have been a more perfect escape for us. The location is absolutely incredible- we walked to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The private beach and the lower beach at low tide were absolutely perfect. Listening to the waves and sleeping with the doors open made for fantastic sleeping. We went in early May and the weather was right around 70, and we spent quite a few evenings with the fire on with the breeze coming through... sincerely difficult to describe how perfect this place is. The hosts are fantastic with communication and very helpful- I truly could not find one flaw with our whole trip. We can't wait to book our next 8 night stay here!
