Great communication and easy checkin/out process from owners! Property was very clean and well stocked with anything we could have needed!! Great location close to downtown. The hot tub was very relaxing in the evenings! We will definitely rent here again!!

This was the perfect location to stay while we attended a music festival at Bristol Speedway. The pictures are exactly what the home looks like in every way. The owners have thought of everything and you will feel comfortable and relaxed here. The backyard was the perfect place to have breakfast each morning and relax in the hot tub. We will be staying here again next time we head to Bristol!

Was in town for an NHRA event. Very very nice property. Decorated so tastefully AND very clean. Close to the react too. Great communication with the owners. Highly recommend

What a great set up, everything is right within your finger tips, they have thought of every item that you could possibly need and that back. yard was to die for....my only regret was it was raining so we were unable to use the firepit area.... I will be back again

House was clean and ready to go upon arrival. Host worked with us to get an early check-in, which was super helpful! Tons of towels and washclothes and even a few snacks in the kitchen waiting for hungry tummies. Location is easy to get to and central to a lot of the activities in the area. Will be staying there again if we make it back to the area.

The first thing my wife said when we arrived was, do you feel safe here? The deck on the rear of the house is in very bad shape, I would say that it is unsafe, rotted wood, there is no cable as listed in the description of the house. I received a charge for $70.00 on my credit card after paying in full for VRBO, I was also charged a service / extra bed fee, I never requested an extra bed.

My family and I stayed at this awesome property and we could not have been happier. This is one of the best stocked homes I have ever stayed in. Plenty of outdoor patio space, games, movies and the owner has extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I recommend this property for anyone staying in the Bristol area.

The house was the cutest. Few minutes from downtown. The owners were so nice, very responsive! The hottub and fireplace was perfect for relaxing each night! The dragway was less than 10 minutes away! Will definitely stay here the next time!

This is a great cottage to come home to after a day of exploring. The kitchen is a nice size and well stocked. Nice coffee bar also. The beds were comfortable. It was nicely decorated and the couch was a great place to collapse. We didn’t watch tv, just no need. The internet connection was great. Easy walk to the city center to do the walking tour. Stop by the Chamber of Commerce, which is on your way and get a map. Since you’re on foot; might as well do a whiskey tasting at Lost State. No need for reservations, just walk in and they’ll give you a tour and tasting after noon time. Back to the cottage. The outdoor space was great, which I had coffee every morning. They have both places to sit under shade, and without shade. There’s a fire pit and hot tub which we didn’t use, we were so busy exploring. At night we got a light show from the fireflies in the neighbor’s field, loved it. The hostess was always so helpful with any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to look at places to buy.

The property was clean and well stocked. Easy access to several restaurants and walking distance to downtown. We were visiting for a wedding and the venue, The Bristol train station, was within 5 minutes of us. The backyard was the perfect little oasis to relax in the evening. We had zero issues.

Property was exactly as described in listing. We really enjoyed the extra touches all throughout the property. From the snacks and coffee bar to the extras in the bathroom, there’s nothing that hasn’t been thought about for guests. Communication was great with the owners and they made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was going well. We will definitely stay here for all future trips to the area! We highly recommend eating at Bloom and visiting the Michael Waltrip Brewery for great craft beer and tasty food.

We had a great stay during Christmas visiting family in the area, and we would absolutely stay here again in the future. The property was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the coffee bar that had plenty of pods and a variety of flavored creamers and syrups! The backyard amenities were great, and our daughter enjoyed roasting marshmallows for s'mores over the fire pit. The owner quickly responded to questions, and even dropped off an extra propane tank during our stay just incase we ran out during the holidays. The house was decorated nicely for the holidays, and having a Christmas tree in the living room was a great surprise. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

The house was very clean and well appointed. The multi-level decks in back encompass every outdoor thing you could want..........several outdoor furniture sets, a gas grill, a beautiful hot tub, and a gas fireplace. There is something for everyone. The owner had 6 AirWick air fresheners in the home which provided too much scent for us. We put all of them on the outside deck during our stay. The historic downtown Bristol area was a disappointment but we were in the area to bike the Virginia Creeper Trail, which was awesome. It is a very nice property in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood.

The house was very clean, within walking distance of downtown Bristol, and close to a grocery store, etc. The managers texted just after we checked in to make themselves available if we needed anything. We would stay here again.

This place was really nice. So sad we didn’t get in earlier to use the backyard amenities. Was really looking forward to the fire pit and hot tub but we were later than expected getting in on a one night stop over. Really appreciated the attention to details, waters in the fridge, ease of check out instructions. House was nice and clean. Fluffy towels! Loved them! Nice decor. Loved the hand soap in the master bath. If you’re sensitive to smells, there’s a lot of smell good fragrances. Not a problem for us, maybe for someone else to be aware of. Five star in our book. Ps... checkout Blackbird Bakery only a few minutes away drive. Cool local flavor bakery.

My husband, son, daughter and I stayed here for one night on our way to college move-in. What a pleasant space to walk in to after a full day in the car! Tastefully decorated with new furnishings, it felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet so we got a good night’s sleep. We didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the fire pit or hot tub, but maybe next time!
