Kristy is a great host, super responsive with our questions and addressed our needs with a smile! And the property, location and amenities are top notch! Early morning walks, hikes, golf at the club, even the BBQ at Agee's are all a hop-skip and a jump away! The thunderstorms from the covered back patio are AMAZING and the garage with everything our teens could want to keep them occupied and having fun was the perfect break from the electronics! This was our second stay and we will absolutely be back for more! This property does not disappoint!!

Great property for family. It's difficult to find 5 bedroom homes for rent and this one was great! In addition, the garage was converted to a game room so we all had fun. It's on the main street running thru Munds Park so can be a little loud with vehicles at times but night time everything quieted down.

Been going to Munds Park for over 30 years. The neighborhood is great. This property was awesome for mine and brothers' families. Lots for the kids to do a big yard and lots of beds to sleep in. Would rent again if the need arises!

This house was perfect for my family and friends with young kids. So much to do at the house and very spacious. I will definitely be staying here again.

Kristy was fantastic at communicating and when I needed anything, she responded immediately. Very nice home-was perfect place for large family gathering. Game room was an added bonus for cold snowy day! Kristy was great to work with.

We were three generations: 6 adults and 4 children gathering in Munds Park. We all traveled long distances to gather and were grateful for the soft, comfortable landing at this lovely location. Arriving at the house was easy as the directions provided were excellent. The “app” that is provided is a great resource and the mapping was very helpful. The house is very comfortable and pretty much as depicted in the pictures. The only difference being there the two rooms with two twin beds had been converted to one room with three twins and a double in the second. The master (king) is on the main floor with a ¾ bath. There is an additional full bath on the main floor. Four bedrooms upstairs (3 twins, double, queen, queen) and a full bath. The beds are comfortable with good linens and pillows. The garage game room is a true asset and made for a great separate space for the kids to play sometimes with the adults, but mostly on their own. It was a life saver. The layout of the house provided a light, airy, comfortable space to visit and relax. It was quite cool during our visit and the back deck was only used on our last morning when the sun warmed the area nicely. However, it is obvious that both the front and the back deck would be lovely areas to enjoy the outdoors. There was not much traffic at the end of March, but noise may be an issue in the front during the busy season. Hiking trails are close by. Kristy was very accommodating and responsive from start to finish. We had a bit of a rough start, due to computer issues at our end, but she handled everything graciously. She was always very quick to respond and helpful with special requests.

We have enjoyed staying in Munds Park. Very short drive to Sedona. The house is very clean and spacious. Kristy was awesome, very welcoming and accommodating. The communication was easy and quick. Highly recommend!!!!

This is our second stay with Kristy and we absolutely love the location and the house. And we have made this an annual girls weekend so we will definitely be back again. The house has all of the amenities one needs when away from home. Big kitchen and each girl had their own room! And the garage is outfitted with Connect 4, ping pong table. So you are never bored! Thanks Kristy again!

My family and I had a great stay at this cabin. The openness of the main living space was great. It was so cozy on the sofa, with the fire going while watching some football and looking out the beautiful windows in the front. Munds Park is always a great location for outdoor hikes and a drive away from great snow areas for the kids.

We rented the home with some friends to get away from the heat . The pictures and description were exactly as posted. The “game room” was perfect to keep the kids entertained. Plenty is space and comfy beds.We walked every night to the lake which the kids loved. The app that you get for the home was great on filling you in on what to do around town. We will definitely go back!

Very comfortable for our family of 7 adults. Kristy was very helpful and responded to all our questions amazingly fast.

This property is beautiful, very clean and in an ideal location! Everythign you need to enjoy your time in the pines! The back patio is covered and was the perfect place to enjoy the summer rains and cooler weather. The location can not be beat, walk to the restaurants, Pinewood Club, hiking trails etc. The owners were responsive and very sweet. We will definitely be renting this home again!!

What a wonderful experience! This property is amazing and it has everything to make an easy fun escape for families and friends to enjoy Munds park! The home has everything and is super clean! The owner was super responsive and very accommodating!! I can’t wait to visit this home again and again!!

The only drawback to the property is it’s located right on the main road with a lot of ATV activity. The spaciousness of the house and the large front deck make up for it, though! Kristy was a great host and super responsive to the two things we needed help with. There are a lot of bedrooms and the kitchen island is massive which makes it great for entertaining or larger groups in general. Overall it was a great stay and we would rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect and was exactly as described. Our kids really enjoyed the game room and us adults loved sitting on the deck each night. We’re looking forward to renting this house again!

With 3 teenagers, a tween, and a one year old, it’s hard to find something that makes EVERYONE happy, but this wonderful home did the trick! It was very spacious and comfortable, well stocked with all the necessities, and located in a beautiful area. We really enjoyed the lake just a few minutes walking distance from the home, and the garage/game room served to be the main attraction for all of our family members. The kitchen is wonderful and huge- we stayed in and cooked every meal because we didn’t want to leave! We had a few questions about random things, and Kristy responded right away every time. We don’t get the chance to get away often, but we will definitely be coming back! Thank you again!!
