Grill up the catch of the day on the gas grill and dine al fresco poolside. Don't forget to relax in the hot tub after you put the kids to bed. Bring the boat! The boat dock is available at no additional charge and you're just minutes away from the open waters of Bimini and Tampa Bay! ** Please note the boat lift is not available for guest use. Rinse off in the outdoor shower when returning from the pristine beaches of Anna Maria, only 2 blocks away. The free trolley stops just down the road to take you the length of the island to explore restaurants, dining, ice cream and more! You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The overall house is excellent. Bedding is comfortable, it is clean. Plenty of seating. Kitchen is well equipped with pans etc, however you have to bring every supply. A bit unusual in short term rentals. There is a one extra trash bag that you are asked to place in the bin upon departure so you only get the one in the bin when you arrive. We found one extra roll of toilet paper. No salt, pepper, laundry detergent etc. These items are usually provided in short term rentals, not necessarily long term rentals. Just keep this in mind when flying in.
The furniture is comfortable and clean. The outdoor is comfortable and setting is beautiful on the water. The slider and back door have to be closed within 10 or 15 seconds or an alarm goes off, per local law because of the pool, so you can’t have a door open. Wifi is strong. Location is quiet. Neighbors’ motion spotlight is extremely bright and shines into the master bedroom, light comes on every time the palm trees sway in the wind. So something to know if light sensitive. Bean bag game, table tennis and puzzles etc.
We didn’t try the television.
We would rent it again if we needed three bedrooms because it has excellent seating.

Our family of 9 (7 adults/2 littles) had an enjoyable stay at the Lazy Lagoon. It is the perfect location from the gulf side (app. 2 blocks). We utilized the stocked kitchen for several home meals and appreciated the open floor plan. The one level design was excellent for our young ones. A nice feature of this house is its numerous windows, however, our stay was mid-July and the intense heat warmed the house in the afternoons/evenings to a level requiring box fans/ceiling fans throughout the night. One bedroom has a wall cooling unit which kept it comfortable. When I called management to report this concern they were prompt in filing a work order. The cooling system was checked that day and was working properly. It was rechecked a second time so we didn't allow the issue to affect our stay.

This year was our third year back at Anna Maria and we couldn’t have been happier with this house! The pictures of the property are accurate but don’t do it justice. The home is very spacious, clean, up to date and relaxing. We’ll look to rent this property again for sure!

We had a great time staying at 220 Chilson! We made wonderful memories. Just a couple of items to note: the bedrooms could use some mirrors to get ready, the front king bedroom stayed pretty hot, the bathroom near the laundry room- the door wouldn't stay open- if you are at the sink, the door hits you. Lastly, the main room rug needs a really good cleaning or needs to be replaced. It it's very dingy.
None of this took away from our wonderful time. Just a few items to hopefully improve it for the next family.

We had a wonderful stay here with our 3 kids. Everything is well thought out and extremely tidy. We enjoyed the location and close proximity to Pine Street and the AMI Community Rec Center. The pool provided hours of fun and relaxation for our family. Hope to be back next year. Thank you!

We loved our week at the Lazy Lagoon. It’s a short walk to the beach- so short that our 3 year old granddaughter had no problem walking it. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our afternoons in the pool. A few small problems were immediately take care of. We were impressed with the quick response. Thank you for another great week!

We had a lovely two weeks based at Lazy Lagoon. The villa was super comfortable and had everything we needed.
Anna Maria Island was a delightful place to explore too.

This house is perfect. It was so homey and comfortable and the great location! Cleaning crew needs to do a better job, house not dirty by any means but there were clothes left in the drawers and some light dusting was needed. The towels had some stains and I felt should not have been out for guest use but to make myself feel better I just threw them in the wash.
I will absolutely stay here again!

Summer fun
We had a great time in ami and loved the location of this house. We used the dock for our boat and went out everyday for day and sunset cruises. The only thing we felt a bit confused about was the fact that a picture of the boat lift us shown in the photos, but the boat lift is not included in the rental. The house was very quaint and clean.

Location perfect. House spacious and beautiful. Pool, hot tub, Cornhole, ping pong, dock… fantastic. Only recommendation: urgent need new beach chairs and umbrella.

My son , his girlfriend and I stayed a week in this awesome home! Tons of space for us to all spread out- lovely decor- nice that the tv had Netflix etc so after a day in the sun we could watch movies- close to the north end of town, bakery’s, restaurants , shopping and bike rental. We loved it and were sad to leave but we will book again! Thanks for the hassle free vacation! Pool and hot tub were great too!

We snagged a fall special & the price was excellent. We wouldn’t stay for the normal rate per night. Overall pleased with our experience!

Working with Anna Maria Life Vacations was so smooth and easy. Renting the Lazy Lagoon home was perfect. We loved the large, well decorated home. The pool was nice but having a place to dock out boat was great. This home was located perfectly with lots of parking.

The house was just as described and pictured and felt like home immediately. We could not have been happier with our stay and will definitely consider staying at the Lazy Lagoon again!

Vacation with Grandparents
There were four adults and four kids that stayed in this home. The home was exactly as described on Vrbo. It’s location to the beach is just a short walk. The home itself is beautifully decorated. The kitchen could have some more supplies to cook/eat with, the beach carts and chairs really need updated. The pool and hot tub are great! The view off the dock is perfect for opening coffee! Overall we loved our stay here and it’s location!

Perfect Family Vacation
This property was very clean, and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable beds and was a perfect fit for our family. We were able to dock our boat, and access to the bay was an easy, nice ride. And loved that we were just down the street from the beach. The location was ideal. Our family enjoyed this lovely home!

Enjoyed a week here with family! Quiet street, close to the beaches.
Only complaint is there weren’t enough garbage bags, DW tabs, dish detergent to last a week. ( other homes we’ve stayed in have supplied this)

Comfortable home!
Our family loved our stay at Lazy Lagoon! Great location, well stocked kitchen, pool and toys, and corn hole was a nice extra! There were seven of us and had plenty of space. I'm a fan of the one level living space. We've stayed at elevated homes before, but you seem to be constantly going up and down stairs, especially for the pool.
