Very cosy studio, on the 2nd floor of a secure residence, with swimming pool and private beach. Incredible view and very calm, ideal for relaxing vacation or teleworking... 2 beds: a large bed 150x200cm and a litlle but very comfortable convertible sofa (70x180cm), perfect for a child. TV, WIFI, fitted kitchen and a lot of storage. Parking and laundery are just in front of the residence, a small supermarket 250m away and the town center of Marigot 1km away.

Loved our location & our host. It was a perfect fit for us. Although it is a small space(a studio), the design & the waterfront facing aspect with small balcony made the space feel spacious. The small galley kitchen was well stocked with the right items. We basically just made coffee each morning & ate out at all the fabulous food choices in St. Martin, but you could cook & prepare food if you desired. The bathroom had a louvered window that could open up again making the space seem bigger. I appreciated the shelves & the mirror & the light on the back of bathroom door while doing my make up. Communication with host was good & responsive to our needs. Overall great stay. We rented a vehicle for the week so we appreciated the parking lot directly across from the condo with free parking during our stay. We would definitely stay again in this location. We were on the third floor(the top floor of the building) which we knew & preferred but just know there is no elevator. It was nice walking up & down the stairs saying bonjour or bonsoir to the others in the condo whether other vacationers or full time residents of the condominium. Everyone we came in contact were very nice & welcoming.

beautiful views of Margot Bay, right on private beach, cute studio apartment, stainless steel, teak, well done. Studio kitchen small but functional, cooked fresh fish and rice. Walk easily to Margot Waterfront for local food, Royal Croissant great for breakfast, street noise at pool because in front of complex by road. No noise but sound of waves in apartment, can sometimes hear a little reggie or beach music drifting across bay some nights, but very softly. i would stay here again

Two weeks listening to the waves breaking on the beach 24/7, wonderful and relaxing. The veiw of the beach, the stone pier and the harbor kept us entertained watching the iguanas and the boats coming and going. Saw many lovely sunsets. The apartment was as advertised and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Guillaume was very quick to answer our questions or offer advice. Would definitely return!

The host Guillaume was very accommodating. When our ride to the car rental agency didn't show, he came and graciously took us to the location to pick up our rental, waited until we could follow him back to the building. His communication with us prior to our arrival was good too. The studio decor was modern and up to date with a large screen TV and wi-fi. Note that it's on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator. We found the bed to be comfortable but the pillows and linen were below average quality. And since our stay was less than 7 days, we didn't get a second set. Ridiculous. The request for additional towels and linens was quickly delivered by the host. The view of Marigot harbor was very nice and the sounds of the ocean were special. However, there are things the host could not control: the dimly lit parking lot of the building (our rental car was vandalized), or the lights in the hallway on the 3rd floor were not motion-sensitive and thus always off at night. We needed our cell phone flashlight to see. It wasn't until we ran into a resident who turned the light switch on that we realized the switch was there. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the balcony and the ocean breeze because our neighbor was a chain-smoker

The property is very well maintained and in a convenient location to Marigot's dining and shops. The unit overlooks the harbor with the sounds of the waves. The studio unit had every thing we needed from the kitchen to the bath. We would definitely return.

The studio was extremely clean and well put together. The view was amazing! The property manager was extremely helpful! I would definitely stay again!

The studio is right on the beach with a wonderful view of sailboats in Marigot harbor. It is modern, very clean and features wonderful woodwork. We had everything we needed and the owner was very nice, helpful and responds quickly. We loved sunsets on the balcony and sleeping to the sounds of waves. Good restaurants are nearby and I recommend the Tropicana just a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk.

Very centrally located, Guillaume's condo was so modern, sweet and equipped with everything we needed. Waking up every morning to ocean views/sounds and beautiful sunrises was the cherry on top of a wonderful vacation on one of the best islands!! Will stay here again for sure.. 10 out of 10
