Apartment was clean and bright with comfortable beds. Short walk to beach and easy walk to St. Armand’s. Great value.

Great location, perfect for our requirements, we stayed 2 nights over the New Year with my daughter and husband, everything we needed, great walking distance to beach and St Armands. Booking and check in /check out process was simple. We would recommend !

It was a great stay. We had gone to Sarasota to celebrate my grandmother's 100th birthday
We're we were at was perfect 20 min from me grandmother and a 4 min walk to the beach. ( my happy place). Gino the owner.of the property was great
And we had fantastic neighbors
My only complaint and not really that,the living room a bit small we will be back

Great location & very comfortable condo rooms. 1 blk from lap pool & beach with public restrooms. 10 min walk to st Armand’s circle, food & shopping. Weather was rainy on & off but we hardly noticed. Quiet great neighbors. & proprietor was easy easy easy to contact.
The only downside is that we could only stay 3 days.

Nice little apartment complex a few blocks from shopping and beaches. Plenty of space for a small family. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

There was a previous review that stated “ it has everything you needed and nothing you didn’t”. This sums up staying here pretty well.

Fabulous location
A great location! So close to a great beach and St. Armand’s fun shops and restaurants! Someone else wrote a perfect description… everything you need and nothing you don’t. Clean and great price for location.

My sense is the property owner is new to VRBO so there were initial miscommunications and confusion (what unit we were staying, when, etc). However, I could tell he was ambitious to make things right. When you pull in, it’s nothing fancy at all, and you wonder. Then, when you walk in your condo, it’s very clean, well furnished.....everything you need, nothing you don’t. And recently remodeled. I will say the owner is very responsive and will take care of you. He is very accommodating. Bottom line: The exterior of the place needs work, which it feels like they are doing. The inside (at least our condo, room 101) was extremely clean. Great for a family of 4-5....and, close to the beach. I recommend.
