This beautiful, updated 3 story, 4200sf home boasts end of the road privacy only a 5 minute walk to the SHARC. With 2 Master Bedrooms, 3 additional bedrooms, and 4 full baths it provides a relaxing retreat for up to 16 people. Enjoy your vacation at Sunriver in a large, desirable retreat home that has plenty of room for your whole family to gather and unwind! Enjoy 12 complimentary SHARC passes, whole house A/C, Large HDTV's with cable and Chromecast, Arcade games, board games, Ping-pong, and Foosball as well as 10 bicycles of all sizes and sporting equipment for the park. The main living area welcomes you with a stone fireplace and grand windows leading to one of 4 large decks on the house where you can enjoy the evening sunsets. There is a fully stocked kitchen with many appliances and dishes and a gas cooktop, ready for any meal or gathering. Downstairs is a separate family/rec room with large TV, video arcade games, pool table as well as a game table, fireplace & wet/wine bar. There you will also find another king bedroom, bathroom, and a deck that leads to a private Hot tub. Upstairs is a secluded, adult retreat with a balcony walk, quiet sitting area, private deck, and two king master suites, each with a private bath and soaring vaulted ceilings. The Grand Master is a family suite and has a gas fireplace, private sitting room with double kids bunks and private deck. On the main floor you'll find a dorm style room for the kids with three sets of bunk beds and TV. Additionally there is another Queen bedroom, and full bath. A 2 car garage provides entertaining space with ping-pong and foosball, and 10 bicycles will provide your group a great way to see Sunriver. The home has gas heat for a warm winter and Central AC to keep you cool in summer. Kids and adults alike enjoy watching the trains pass nearby. *Please note* Although trains pass just across the road behind the house, the tracks are elevated above and away from the home, limiting noise and allowing for a safe, enjoyable, environment. We take a trip to sunriver at least once a year and had a great time at this house. We just stayed here earlier this month and it was as advertised. The owner was a great communicator and answered all questions and requests in a timely manner. The house was large and easy fit our group of 4 families. There was plenty of space for the kids to roam and be loud without disturbing the whole house. We had a family with a small child and the baby gates kept them stair safe. The house was clean and well stocked. The arcade was a big hit with the kids. Will be staying again sometime. Thanks again.

The house was awesome and the perfect size for the 10 of us adults. All the features you would want to have. Plenty of beds, great kitchen for cooking, big deck for everyone to hangout at, games downstairs and in the garage, SHARC passes and bicycles for everyone. Anthony was a great host and very accommodating for any requests we had. Highly recommend!

Everything went mostly as planned. Owner was awesome to communicate with. Kitchen very well stocked, great appliances, BBQ worked great. We had a great family of 13 gathering. Thank you Anthony!

We had a wonderful stay here! It is within walking distance to SHARC and a quick bike ride to the village, which was a huge plus for our family with small kids. The property owner is very kind, accommodating and communicative. He answered all of our questions quickly and checked in with us during our stay several times to make sure all was well. The house is set up very well to accommodate several families or a large group. The only thing I will note for families traveling with young toddlers - there are a couple of stone stairs in the entryway leading to the garage that are difficult to baby proof/gate off.
We would absolutely consider staying here again if we have a large group!

We loved staying at this property. It was close to the mall and the SHARC but set back enough we had lots of privacy. The upper deck was so peaceful. The game room was the biggest hit with everyone. The furnishings were top quality and we appreciate the communication with the owner. We definitely hope to come back to this property

Lots of sleeping options in this home and convenient location to The Sharc and Sunriver base. Next to train tracks but they only went by 1-2 times a day. Kitchen was a little small to support cooking for all occupants but we made it work. Host is extremely responsive and genuinely cares about your stay in the home.

I took my son and some of his friends (and our family) to this home for a senior spring break trip. The downstairs area was perfect place for the teens to hang out while my husband and I were relaxing upstairs. The kitchen was large and stocked well will all of the items we needed to cook for 9 teens. The upstairs master bedroom was perfect for our teen daughter and her friend to have some privacy if they needed it and the grandmaster was like a whole separate place for my husband and I to get a way from all the kids. The hot tub was amazing also. It snowed so much on our trip but it just made for a beautiful backdrop to this home. The sunriver resort was so clean and well maintained that it was just the perfect place to go.

We’ve been going to Sunriver for years this definitely one of our favorite locations to stay. Close to village and Sharc. Owners were great to communicate with during our stay.

Large house with perfect layout for multiple families. Clean and well stocked. Lots of entertainment for all ages. Great location for a nice walk to the village or SHARK.

What we loved:
- 3 king beds! Perfect for 3 families.
- ample beds for all the kids (bunks, etc)
- hot tub

- ping pong, etc in garage
- garage fridge for additional food (SO helpful for a group!)

What we didn’t love:
- early morning train (loud at times)
- the house did not regulate heat well. Even after a maintenance crew addressed a broken part in the furnace, the house was not warm enough for our group in the dead of winter (4* outside). Some bedrooms were far too hot and the main areas and upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms were very cold.
Overall, the pros definitely outweighed the cons on this house. Thank you to the host for having us stay. We enjoyed our time in Sunriver.

An amazing time was had by all 12-15 of us staying at this property! Wonderful accommodations, plenty of fun things to do, easy walk to the SHARC, easy walk to the center of SunRiver, and fantastic deck and kitchen for cooking. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Great multi-generational family home
The home is beautiful and well appointed. Having extended family in one place with the multiple floors ensured privacy and group activities. The games allowed for lots of funs. Loved our stay. Thanks Anthony!

The Perfect Sunriver House
This is the perfect house for a family Sunriver trip. The location is ideal for the pool and shopping. Parents loved the decks and hot tub. The kids loved all the games. The kitchen was equipped with everything to make big our Italian dinners and the grill was clean and ready to go. We’ll be back!

It made it difficult to get out of the house on-time, and kind of made me mad since the work fell to me. Anyways, we loved the welcome start up items (I won't disclose what those were, but it sure made me smile!). And even with all the required cleaning, we'd stay here again.

Great house for our ski trip
Great house for our long weekend ski trip with family and friends. Kids enjoyed the pool table and arcade games. Spent most of our time at bachelor but it was nice to come back to a place were we all could relax and enjoy time together. Lots of space to spread out.

The only reason I didn't give it a five star is one of the master baths and a few minor things could use a little TLC.
