Seaside Serenity is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The condo is very comfortable with lots of welcoming touches! The view from the balcony is incredible- whether you are enjoying morning coffee or an evening beverage. Communication with property owner was smooth- she is very responsive! Would definitely recommend!

This is a perfect rental for a couple or a young family. The kitchen is well stocked and the furnishings are comfortable. I felt like I was sitting on the beach while on the balcony - it is that close to the beach! We took kayaks and had a great paddle on the Intercoastal Waterway, launching from Morris Landing a few miles away. Overall, a wonderful trip. Thank you Shelley!

While our trip was cut short by Hurricane Idalia, we enjoyed 3 nights in this lovely little oceanfront condo. Instructions and guidance for the amenities & check in/out are extremely well done, and the owner is top of class in communication, responsiveness & hospitality. Excluded sandy beach is a short walk down from the 3rd floor, and with beach gear at the ready for your stay. Loved our time here!
(For coffee lovers, machine is a drip maker and filters are on site.)

This was an awesome place to stay for our first visit to North Topsail Beach. Balcony facing the ocean with the nice breeze all times of day to keep you cool while enjoying the sights and peaceful sounds of the waves. Highly recommend! Place was equipped with some extras including coffee, toiletries, soaps, and beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, toys). Only thing to note is there is no elevator so there's several steps to get to the 3rd floor. Communication with property owner was fantastic too.

Location was great and condo was a perfect size - the best part was there were so many thoughtful items in the condo for us to use - HUGE BONUS!

The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. It was a great time with our family, and the balcony overlooking the beach was awesome. The beach was amazing, and we were able to see dolphins on multiple occasions. We would definitely book another stay in the future!

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The owner provided some extras, such as paper products, soaps, and condiments. It is definitely a great place to visit for a quiet beach vacation! We would go there again if available! The owner communicated all the directions and was available for questions. Highly recommend this owner!

Enjoyed the oceanfront view from the balcony. Loved that there was beach equipment and health & beauty supplies available for use. Could use a more comfortable mattress for main bedroom but everything else was good. Had a great time!

Just a dream property. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there and then some. Serenity, is the perfect name. Nothing better than hearing the waves at night. Definitely will be back.

This place was a perfect getaway for me and my 2 kiddos on spring break. It was right on the beach, we felt safe (as a single mom, very important!), it was close enough to restaurants and shopping, the room had nearly everything we needed from coffee and kitchen supplies to toiletries and even including beach chairs & umbrellas and sand toys for my little one. The owner was very responsive and helpful, so I was glad to know that in case we needed anything during our stay. We had the best time here and I'd stay there again in a heart-beat. This was the most stocked and well supplied condo type of rental we have ever stayed at - this is the example others should follow for hospitality standards and taking care of your guests. It was truly impressive. Thank you!

To say that this listing has everything is the understatement of the year (there is pancake mix and syrup). Shelley has to be a great hostess because she absolutely thought of everything. Location is wonderful if you’re looking for a place of isolation and relaxation. Accommodations comfortable; views exceptional; and location perfect. Outside seating is peaceful. One thing to note, coffee pot is drip, not keurig (coffee is available as well). Can’t wait to visit again!

My husband, daughters, and I all had a wonderful stay at Seaside Serenity! Our vacation at this little slice of heaven was a dream. The view is out of this world! What can I say, the apartment was very well decorated and you can tell that the owner absolutely went out of her way to make her guests as comfortable as possible. From the closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand buckets etc...to anything you could ever need in the kitchen, utensil wise and coffee/ tea selection wise. These details were greatly appreciated and recognized. Now the view and location. Amazing! Right on the beach, the roar of the ocean..it's a stay that my family will not forget. Thank you Shelley!

Lovely Apartment with spectacular views
We had a lovely stay in this quiet and cozy property. Very private area and the views are just spectacular. Important to go in aware that there really aren't a lot of restaurants or services within walking distance. This was fine for us given what we were looking for. . . we appreciated the quiet more than we were looking for entertainment or convenience.
The host was wonderful and responsive and overall this was a great stay!

Perfect
We stayed the week for my son’s birthday, and it was exactly what we needed. Do be aware the apartment is on the third floor and the elevator is quite far away (basically not usable for this apartment). We didn’t mind using the stairs and left all our beach items in the van every night after we were finished with the sand, which made it ten times easier every day. Would definitely recommend. I sat on the balcony every morning and evening just watching the water - it really and truly is a beautiful view.

Fabulous stay
We loved our little escape! Property was adorable and porch overlooking the beach was fantastic. Only note- the flat is on the third floor. One member of our family had mobility issues - not a hinderance but good to be aware. We will be back!

Great location and peaceful
We had a great family trip here. It was great to stay right on the ocean and watch the dolphins and hear the waves. The place was the perfect size for our family and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies as well. Overall it is a nice and peaceful place and we hope to be back.

This was a beautiful place! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and full of everything you needed. It’s a nice quite place to take small children. Easy access to the beach and a great playground with plenty to do. Would highly recommend this place and Shelley!

Retirement celebration
We had a wonderful time at the beach and enjoyed our stay at Shelly’s condo. Very cute place perfect for the 2 of us. Coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon on the balcony watching the waves planning n dreaming about our next adventure! Thank you for ur amazing hospitality...and the wine😉

Perfect Work & Play Getaway!
The condo was perfect for my friend and I! Beach access was easy, lots of parking, nice balcony. Everything was exactly like the pictures. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. It was a quiet, clean and the internet worked well for work purposes. I would stay here again!
