Main bathroom has a double shower and large bath, and down the hall is the separate water closet toilet and basin. The master bedroom with its own ensuite and walk in robe leading out on to a large balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the whales and dolphins pass by. Laundry with Miele appliances, toilet and basin are also on ground level. Ducted Aircon throughout, including in all bedrooms along with ceiling fans making for a very comfortable stay any time of year. No loud late noise after 10pm and the house MUST be looked after and left tidy. Failure to adhere to our terms and house rules will result in large fees.
