Excellent serviced Appartment in shimla

Excellent and only serviced Appartment option in shimla . Guard chintram(multi tasked as car vallet and bell Vijay - waiter Ravinder - manager at resturant 5/5 for their hospitality and service . Excellent panoramic views of valley from balcony of every Appartment . Modern architecture with Upvc windows with seamless view through cieling to floor windows and glass parapet walls making us enjoy the view of outside from inside . Trained house keeping staff refreshing your house every day including bedding and towels . Room service experience was excellent . Resturant was great with delicious breakfast having continental , South Indian and North Indian options . Chole bhature and chicken stake were out of the world . Smart tv with all ott platforms .

Location is 1 hr 30 mins away from mall road . If you wish to visit you need to pre plan . Although the road and connectivity is excellent . All Appartments are not air conditioned ( most don’t need it in hills but personally I prefer it ) 1blocks is old construction , so looks dated ( layout is similar in all blocks thou ). Construction happening on site . Golf carts should be provided to reach the breakfast point . Club policies should be reconsidered , kids and open sandals not allowed .

Nice property with great amenities and valley view

The property is very clean and nice. The food is also very nice. The staff is also very good and special thanks to Mr. Varun. The best part is the valley view and the balcony.

They need to have a physical help desk or a reception. Also there should be some golf carts to take the guests to their restaurant. It is not easy for kids and especially old people to climb so much steep to reach the restaurant. Also there needs to be an intercom in the apartments. One important information to all the people who wish to book through booking.com. The number given in the booking.com to contact the property is actually not of the property directly and it creates lot of confusion. So I strongly suggest to contact property directly through numbers given on their website and have the correct information.

Excellent stay at good location

The staff was absolutely helpful. Varun and Shubham from hotel staff were very helpful. The food was great and the F&B staff were putting in their best efforts. Also enjoyed the spa facility and Mrs. Nina was dod a very good job..

A suggestion. The hair dryer may be made a default accessory.

Poor

As soon as we paid the bill the restaurant staff refused to provide breakfast citing that the kitchen was closed. However, at the same time they were serving another guest who had may be checked that day or may be staying over. Funny part is that we had asked for Cornflakes and cold milk and 1 omelette. Although they were serving another guest, one can try to understand refusal for omelette but what was the issue in providing cornflakes is beyond understanding.

Big spacious rooms. Great views from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful.

Moving to the restaurant and back is painful. Not really a homestay. Room service is slow.

A very comfortable apartment stay with a breathtaking view

Loved our stay at Manor Naldehra. The place is quite spacious and ideal for a quiet relaxing time. A fully functional service apartment with all necessary kitchen appliances/utensils/cutlery. Tuck Shop at a 100 m distance is a small store which will have most of kitchen pantry items for easy cooking. For those who don't want to cook, there is Manor's Boca Mario restaurant which will also provide ordering-in services. From the In-house manager to restaurant staff to the support/housekeeping staff, everyone is very hospitable and helpful. A special thanks to housekeeping team for keeping our appartment neat and tidy everyday since we were staying with our 3 year old.

Construction going on near the appartments. Also there is a 10 mins uphill walk towards the restaurant. With kids/elders, the walk can be slightly tricky to navigate.

Apartment and the view . Cleanliness that was maintained in the apartment. The staff was courteous and welcoming. Special shoutout to Manoj!

Access to a few indoor activities can be given. Also the apartment area does not have any common lawn area , that would be a great addition to the property.

Exceptional

The apartment was really beautiful and clean. The location was also excellent. Staff like Varun and his team were very helpful and made the stay very comfortable. The SPA lady was also excellent and was very thorough and professional with the facials. All and all it was an excellent experience. We will surely visit again.

It was a good stay. Just need basic amenities.

Breakfast has good option. Location was awesome.

The place lack with basic amenities. Like toothbrush, bathrobe, hair dryer. When you guys got booking it is assure all these items been provided and in place. No welcome Drink / welcome appetites.

Exceptional

An exquisite and serene place for someone who is looking for an escape for the hush-hush of the metros. The apartment in which we stayed was beautifully done with plush interiors. They have an in-house Italian restaurant linked to the property- Bora Mario, must say the food was divine. When the manager told me o we call that it is the best restaurant in the locality, I was mocking that it is the only restaurant in the locality, but seriously the food was divine.

The route to the property... it is a single driver lane and the 3.5 km ride leading to the property was quite unpleasant.

This property is for people who are looking for peace n calm with all modern amenities which is rather a very rare combination.The staff n house keeping people are very polite n courteous and looking forward to help you all the way. 5 stars to the management and the developer Mr Manav for making this property truly Heaven on earth.

Hotel policy that if you need anything regarding housekeeping,it will be fulfilled after 8 am.Nobody works from 5 pm to 8 am morning..I was told by front desk as well as housekeeping.

A must visit place if you intend to stay for a short staycation away from the main busy areas of Shimla or Mall Road.

The view and the location was perfect for peaceful, serene stay.

The only problem with the stay was that all meals were served in our rooms with us having no option of having it in a restaurant instead.

Superb

Anu Verma from F&B was exceptional. She made sure that we recieved exactly what was expected. Nisha Rai and Nisha Thakur from housekeeping were very dedicated and took good care of us. Mr Narendra from housekeeping made sure that we get a cozy room with a breathtaking view. We had a great time at this property.

Will come back only if they refund money; else best avoided.

I will probably give 100% marks for the efforts of the kitchen and serving staff since the food had to be delivered to the rooms far away from the only operational kitchen. The food taste was good and staff was prompt. Full marks to Mr. Manav Singh, he has a fantastic vision and Auramah Valley could become a great property in 2030! however, I wish the execution of the rest of the Hotel operations had matched his vision; shall certainly leave him disappointed if he experiences those anonymously as a guest.

Stay Nov25, 2021. Everything was awe-full. We were allocated Room 110 (Rose Bldg, 2nd floor) It starts from the check-in process to Check-out process to the room, the beds, the linens, the mattress, the missing curtains, the poor insulation on windows/ doors. inadeqate heating equipments in 2 deg Centigrade outside temperatures. The toilets, the living room, privacy, safety and facilities. The phone network coverage adds to the woes further since there is no intercom calling is via Mobile phone only; the site doest support most of the popular operators. What was shocking was the absence of decision making powers, absence of resolve and poverty of ideas about how an aggrieved customer can be made happy. I wanted to make my wife's stay special since it was her birthday, after requesting for some decorations; what we got was bling made with Towels and marigold flowers; paid for by us! Nothing else was either available nor possible for them even if we were willing to pay I finally curtailed my stay plans and went to tried and tested Oberoi Cecil for the rest of my vacation stay. Your front office including general management need a training on Customer service from the Oberoi's. Despite of giving all this feedback the General Manager didn't even have time for a cutesy call. Thanks folks but planning future visit in hope to get better service even if complementary doesn't resonate. I don't own a property at Auramah and I certainly ain't becoming an ambassador either, basis my poor experience.
