This stunning home is positioned directly opposite Jervis Bay, the home of the exquisite Callala Beach, boasting views of the crystal blue waters of the Sea. Expansive 180" Ocean View from bedrooms and Living areas. Walk to the sands edge is approximately 2 minutes, the property is situated opposite a vacant reserve leading down to the sand and sea. La Mer sleeps 6 La Mer Petite available for additional guests at additional charge. (sleeps 6). NOTE: If you have more than 6 guests then you must nominate (7) and you will be charged for La Mer Petite as well. Contact via enquiry for any offers available, For the Fitness enthusiast, you have a Beach side exercise park plus the infinity of the ocean. La Mer Petite The lower level of the property features a casual living space with a large entry and bathroom / laundry area. Natural stone tiles throughout and large windows and doors that allow sunlight to stream in. This lower level is available on request and provides Two bunk bed areas with a double bunk on the base and a single on the top. Sleeping for 6. Beds are prepared with quality fresh linen and Bath towels are provided. La Mer Upstairs be greeted by beautiful hardwood timber floors and a neutral colour palette creating a relaxed coastal vibe. Spacious open plan living with large sliding doors opening to the front balcony that looks out to the ocean. The stunning views can be enjoyed from the living areas and from the stunning kitchen featuring stone benchtops, gas cooking and large island bench - that also serves as a breakfast bar. The kitchen has a serving window that opens out onto the rear deck and has a space for that morning fruit and coffee looking out across the kitchen space to views of the sea. There is a large bathroom with deep bath, separate shower, vanity room and toilet room perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning keeps the internal climate perfect. The property features upstairs 3 large bedrooms with robes, opening out off the main open living space. 3 Queen beds, with fresh quality linen and Bath towels are provided for your stay. Off the Living Space is a large Veranda / Deck area offering dining for 12 people and a BBQ area, all provided with a covered space so alfresco dining can be enjoyed year round. The enclosed fenced yard to the rear has access from the downstairs area or from the stairs leading off the Deck. This yard provides privacy and a seating area with a fire pit provided for the cooler months. In addition to the rear yard area, there is an enclosed space at the front of the property that is fenced from the street and provides seating and dining whilst enjoying the sounds of the waves. The property provides quality fittings and appliances throughout and is of an executive standard. Views are enjoyed from the upstairs living area, front balcony, and Two of the front bedrooms as well as the Kitchen. We loved staying at La Mer - it had everything we needed and more. Such a beautiful and quiet location but where we could do something different everyday! The property was amazing and just steps to the white sand and gorgeous blue sea of Jervis Bay. When the weather was hot we went to a different beach everyday - including a Catamaran ride to Long Beach with dolphin escort! When a bit more overcast we did Treetops, Jamberoo and a ferry ride to The nearest biggest town. Food at the local bowling club was excellent as was the Chinese at Callala Bay. BBQs at the house every other night. Just brilliant and everything a short car ride away!!!

"La Mer is high qual"...this was the text my American sister-in-law sent when she arrived before the rest of us at La Mer. Smartly painted/dressed, clean, and clearly loved by the owners. We had four couples...and that was OK because we are a close family...but better suited to 2 x families with kids I reckon. 3x Upstairs bedrooms are smartly attired but small, and share a bathroom area...but that is balanced by a generous kitchen and living area, with latest technology...plus a downstairs room that has its own bathroom and bunks. Adults who slept downstairs said the queen bed bunks were a bit short and maybe not designed for adults...but all agreed that if they owned this place, they would present it the same way. We also rented a beach front house at the same time for our teenage kids...so we expected to spend more time at that house...but actually La Mer is v well situated relative to the beach. Stroll across the park and you are there. Overall La Mer is great...and we'll definitely look to rent again when we return.

The house was in an excellent location being right on the beach. The house was lovely with a wonderful huge back verandah. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bbq was great. Bedrooms were a bit on the small side but very comfortable. The downstairs area was an added bonus with extra beds, tv and sitting room. The house is probably not ideal for an infant with the stairs and the noise echo and we also had to bring a cot, high chair and safety gate. Overall it was a fabulous house for our family get together with everything we needed.

We had such an enjoyable time at beautiful Callala Beach. Trace our host was always available and answered my messages within moments. The house was spotless and beautifully appointed, you can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into ensuring that guests really feel at home. The welcome gifts were much appreciated and the towels provided as well as all cleaning supplies, Nespresso pods and the handy Dyson cordless for the sand! Everything was easy and within reach. We will definitely be booking this house again, directly opposite Callala beach, the gym park in front was an added bonus. We fell asleep and woke up to waves, a perfect break!

Large, airy and well furnished but suitable for families. Great outdoor areas and large covered verandah Appreciated the vast amount of crockery, pans and sharp knieves (I always bring my own). Thoughtful touches such as large bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Welcome bottle of wine was appreciated. We didn’t use downstairs area but it’s perfect for children. Would definitely recommend
