Location, hard beds, no staff, low ceiling staircase hard to take bags up.

Location was good.close to shops.pleasant owner.
Very noisy traffic. Very noisy loud music from residential neighbors and all inclusive near by. Very bad sewer smell in bathroom. No hot water to wash dishes.

The room had a kitchen and the architecture was interesting, with narrow steps and seating looking out to the beach. Good ventilation (windows on both sides)
The shower was a 5-drop trickle. However, I did not complain because I just used the pool shower and it was a little hard to contact the desk.

Good service, people were nice and helpful.
Road was demolished and you couldn’t get to the hotel. Bathrooms have no windows and no air conditioning in them. No room service. No elevator. Small pool that has no sight seeing.
