And Once Upon a Tide, a stately beach rental in Destin, is the castle to your storybook vacation! The pristine, white home blends magnificently with its coastal surroundings. It features four levels, seven bedrooms, and seven and a half baths. With such spacious accommodations, the home can host up to 32 guests, making it ideal for large groups. Whether you’re planning an extended family reunion, a destination wedding, or a business retreat, this home meets your needs. The first level of the home boasts a fun game room and access to a private pool. The game room is great for all ages, as it features a wet bar, game table, and TV. When you’re done in the game room, head out to the patio and pool for some outdoor fun. There is a dining table, pool, lounge chairs, fire pit, and grills. An open-living area on the second floor is where you will spend much of your time relaxing with your fellow guests. This room bursts with coastal vibes. Here, two cream-colored loveseats and a leather couch face a wall-mounted TV. An additional seating ensemble with four white armchairs and a coffee table sits nearby. Lightly toned flooring flows into the dining area, which features a hardwood table, ten chairs, a patterned rug, and industrial chandelier. The adjacent kitchen includes a breakfast bar with stool seating for five more. The kitchen also has stainless-steel appliances, a six-burner gas stove, large cabinets, and lots of counter space. From this level, visitors can access one of the columned verandas with outdoor seating. There’s nothing better than kicking back with your favorite cocktail and enjoying the sounds of the coast! Each level of this home includes multiple bedrooms. The first level has two guest bedrooms with king-size beds and private baths, while a third guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. On the second floor, the master suite has a king-size bed, two blue armchairs, sunny windows, a TV, and a luxury bath with a glass-walled shower. The remaining bedrooms are located on the third floor. Two more guest bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite baths, while the final room is a cool bunkroom with four full-size bunks. Near the bunkroom, a bonus den features two queen sleeper sofas, beanbag chairs, a flatscreen TV, and a PlayStation. Finally, the fourth-level observation deck is a great spot to hang out with your family and friends and enjoy the outdoors, a refreshing drink, and good views. In addition to the home’s living amenities, it is also conveniently located in Destin’s Miramar Beach. This means that guests are near a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and local entertainment. From discount shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets to recreational activities at Seascape Resort to seasonal festivals at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, vacationers can always find something fun to do. And, of course, don’t forget the beach is just across the street! First Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Patio Access, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Queen Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Game Room with Wet Bar and Patio Access, Laundry. Second Floor: Living Room with Sitting Area and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Powder Room. Third Floor: Bonus Den with Two Queen Sleeper Sofas and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Four Full Bunks, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower. Fourth Floor: Covered Terrace Balcony with Seating. *Add $50.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed) *Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st. *Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break. *This property is monitored by security cameras overlooking the front door, front porch, and pool deck. *Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. This property was simply one word; AMAZING!!! The location was top tier. I love the many access points to the private beach. The house itself was so accommodating. I love the many sitting areas both indoor and outdoor. I can not wait to visit this location again.

Cleaning crew was still cleaning at our check in time. We sat outside and waited until they finished. House was beautiful! My only complaints were we couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up- no instructions on how to get it going, no trash bags were left for the main trash can. Busy streets to get in and out. Comfortable beds!

This property by far exceeded our expectations. Our large extended family thoroughly enjoyed the house and all it has to offer. Including its proximity to the beach and restaurants. The impeccable cleanliness and beautiful decor was greatly appreciated by all! We definitely plan to rebook it year after year!
