The property was walking distance to AT&T stadium for the Cowboys game, and was convenient to all services. The home was well equipped and very clean. We had a great time and would definitely rent it again for another event!

This home was perfect for our family weekend stay for a Cowboys Eagles football game. Communicating with the owner was very easy. He made everything go very smoothly. We enjoyed the games in the house and outback. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Our stay was great! The house is very clean and just as pictured. We came with two family’s (9 people) and we fit comfortably. It was pretty central to many areas we needed to be. The wedding was in Weatherford, we went into Dallas and hung out in Fort Worth. Live was within a mile and was a fun experience as well. The game room, spa and putting green were a fun addition to our stay! I would definitely stay at this property again if we ever have to come back to this area in Texas.

We stayed here with our family of 5, a babysitter and another family of 3. The house was in pristine condition and so many amenities for everyone. We had more than enough space and the kids and adults all had the best weekend. The house is SO clean, so organized! 10/10 recommend. The host was super accommodating and quick to respond. We stayed here while visiting the stockyards and it was an easy 25 minute drive. Definitely would come back. 12/10 location for six flags, cowboys, baseball, and restaurants.

Our stay at this property was amazing! The home was beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. The kiddos and adults loved the gameroom, putting green, and hot tub! Communication with the owners was super easy, extremely nice people! Also just a short walk to AT&T Stadium! Highly recommend the Funcation House!!

Stayed here with family for a get away and Texas Rangers Game. House is close enough to walk to the game. House was everything and more. We could not have asked for a better house for this trip. We look forward to staying here again.

Great indoor and outdoor space with lots to do.
We enjoyed cooking out, the game room upstairs, putt putt outside and cards at the dining room table.
The covered porch was great for morning coffee and hanging out. It provided plenty of shade.
The beds were so comfortable with very soft sheets. Plenty of room for 3 separate families.
Great location and short walk to Texas Live and Rangers baseball game.
3 car garage and drive way easily fit our 6 cars.
We were so happy for our family get together before our nephew in the Air Force leaves for Japan.
I would highly recommend this house.

House was perfect with 6 team members for an event. Enjoyed the roomy comfortable house where each of us had private spaces, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable patio and amenities. We did not need to contact our Host, Ken who would have been readily available if we needed.

We had THE BEST weekend at the Funcation House! The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with countless, fun amenities! Our host Ken was welcoming, helpful, and always immediately available by phone or text. The welcome binder was filled with all the pertinent info and great neighborhood suggestions. Our kids played their hearts out on the putting green and game room! The outdoor Edison lighting at night is especially a treat! Each and every bedroom was equipped with the most comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. We appreciated the toiletries and stocked items in the kitchen. And we wish we had time to use the hot tub and ready-to-use grill! The cherry on top is that this house was in walking distance to AT&T Stadium! We can’t wait to stay in this Dream Home again!

I am forced to give the property a 5 star rating because that is as high as the rating goes! It definitely deserves a 10. The house is beautiful. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The property is well stocked with needs in the kitchen as well as plenty of towels for the group. The location was perfect for an event at ATT stadium. We had an incredible time and host was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property and will be back!

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Very clean, beds very comfortable. Kids loved play room and hot tub. Son loved the putting green. Plenty of room for all of us to sit in living area and visit. Just great experience. Would stay again if in this area.

This house was perfect for my husband, and I and four teenagers! Everybody had enough space, the game room was so fun, the decor was adorable, the backyard was perfect, especially because I have a golfer in the family! When we are back in Dallas, we will definitely stay here again! also, Ken was attentive and accommodating. He reached out to me before we arrived to let me know we could check in early due to a major storm coming. That kind of communication was next level!

My husband and I took a group of 10 teens ages 13-19 for a youth retreat. The place was awesome. Lots of room to spread out and game room,hot tub and golf was a hit. Kids went on and on about how much nicer it was than staying at a hotel. Lots of towels, beds were great. Only time I needed the host was bc I set off smoke alarm cooking bacon and he answered immediately and assisted with turning it off. GREAT location. We would definitely rent again on our next trip to Arlington.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY AND HOST!
We had a fantastic stay at Funcation! The property was exactly as described and was alot of fun for our entire family which included three generations.
Ken was a superb host and the home is setup with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. There was an added bonus of the great view of the stadium which was especially pretty at night with the lights. Great stay and would definitely pick this property again if we are in the area.

We spent part of our Christmas in the Dallas area. We loved this property! It was perfect for us. Ken was a great host. He immediately took care of our hot tub, when we couldn’t turn it on. We sure enjoyed our stay! What a beautiful home and yard! It looks exactly as the pictures show, and was extremely clean. Great location, as we walked to the stadiums for a Rangers game and the ATT stadium tour! Our whole group had a lot of fun in the game room. The doors in the house were really squeaky because of a lot of recent rain and the newly constructed home settling. I called the owner and he came right over and took care of the squeaky doors for us. The grandkids really liked the putting green in the backyard and the game room.

Pictures do not do this beautiful property justice. Once entering we were greeted with an exceptionally clean home, with amazingly comfortable beds and plenty of linens and towels. The space is meant to be enjoyed with friends and family, we had plenty fun staying in and cooking on his Weber grill and large kitchen. The location could not have been better, a mere few minutes from the ballparks or Six Flags.
The game room provided plenty of fun and the hottub allowed us to unwind after a day of shenanigans.
I would not hesitate to book this home again and would greatly suggest you to stay here without any doubts.
