Beautifully upgraded Northside POOL/SPA home with luxury amenities. LVP floors throughout the entire home, spacious family room open to the kitchen. The kitchen features custom granite counters, bar seating, large eat-in nook and HUGE walk-in pantry. The master is spacious with a King size bed, private bath w/walk-in shower with dual shower heads, dual vanities and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom offers a King bed, third bedroom offers a Queen and 2 twins. All furnishings, mattresses, linens and housewares are NEW! The yard is fully fenced, featuring a gunite pool and spa w/custom inset seating w/built-in table and umbrella stand, full length covered patio w/ceiling fans, outdoor sectional and dining table and BBQ. Garage is double wide on one side 34 feet deep 8 foot tall doors, perfect for boats and side x sides. FLAT driveway extra-long w/ additional gravel parking at street. Registration # 21407402-001

Place was great and communication was above and beyond

Very nice place to relax and enjoy some time out, clean and comfortable, the only thing l would say that we didn't like was the main bedroom does not have block out blinds and the light comes in as soon as the sun rises, also the pool pump is against that bedroom wall at the bed head which has constant noise, we just swapped to another bedroom. We would happily stay again and hope to stay here next visit to Lake Havasu.

Ashley has been great with communicating before and during our trip! Loved the amenities of the property and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our vacay! When we come back next time we will definitely be looking to rent from her again! Highly recommend

We stayed for a weekend on the Lake with a large

This home was awesome!! It was super cute and very clean. The pictures are exactly what you get. The pool was wonderful and was also kept very clean. The host was very quick to respond to my questions and inquiries. We loved our family vacation in Lake Havasu City, and we loved the housing. We would definitely recommend this home as a place to stay when visiting Lake Havasu. We have already talked about going back next year!

Great home, we had a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for all.
The three younger kids ages 7 to 13 loved the pool, as did the adults. Great covered area for hanging out. Shopping and the lake within 4 miles. Overall loved our stay.

This house was absolutely perfect for our annual Father’s Day trip. We will definitely stay here again. The house had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. Loved the decor also! People were great to deal with and communicative.

Our Host was amazing. She communicated promptly and was available via telephone and text message. She made sure we had everything we needed and expressed gratitude for us having booked her property.
The house was clean and everything was well stocked. The beds were comfortable to sleep in and the pool was large enough for all of us to enough.
We loved the size of the garage and were able to fit in 3 full sized cars without any issues.
The neighborhood was safe and clean as well. We were minutes from food locations, grocery stores and the lake. The neighborhood was also quiet and relaxing.
Definitely recommend booking with this host. Ashley care about her guests and the experience her guests have. She was easy to work with and made us feel welcome.

Property was in good condition and plenty of room. We especially like the fact that the house has a boat deep garage that the owner allowed us to store our boat in during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This home had everything we needed…kitchen well stocked, lovely decor & landscaping, plus super-comfy bed in master bedroom. Both kids and adults enjoyed the pool, patio, and entertainment area. Best vacation ever
We set out to take a memorable but relaxing trip to the river and lake Havasu. This house definitely delivered on everything. Great location, amazing room set ups, and great pool. I cannot say enough things about our host. Amazing communication throughout the whole process. And if we needed any help with anything in the house they answered right away. We are so sad to be leaving this house !

Excellent and quick response from Ashley for some minor needs/questions during our 3 month stay. She is a SUPER host.
Very clean and well equipped property in a quiet neighborhood (although I did miss my recliner). We LOVED the spa (propane included) during the cooler months.
Large garage.... inviting pool patio/outside space... modern kitchen....plenty of "starter" supplies. The property was large enough to accommodate short term visits from family/friends, yet not too large for us to maintain. Highly recommend Ashley & this property.

Great Getaway
My wife and I stayed here for10 days on our vacation south. The house was clean and any communication with the site manager triggered an immediate response. We will definately stay there again.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. It is always very clean. It is vary comfortable and spacious. We especially like that our bass boat fits in the garage and is not sitting on the street. Will definitely stay there again!
