This vacation was truly fantastic. Dave has great communication. Any questions I had he answered within minutes. He was a great host. This house was beautiful. Both me and my husband agreed this was the best vacation we've ever had. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We took many walks. The house was amazing. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were spacious and very nice. The entire house was truly so nice. The Lanai was magical. We spent most of our time here in the pool and hot tub. It was truly amazing. We had so much fun kayaking as well. My husband fished off the dock and caught quite a bit of fish. He had such a good time. We didn't want to leave!

1st trip to Marco. We picked this property because it is beautiful , has a hot tub and heated pool , and has 2 kayaks. Had a wonderful experience at this property and host was extremely helpful. Highly recommend. Hope to be back and stay again !

Beautiful maintained throughout !! Quiet neighbourhood close to all shopping and fuel station. We really had an amazing stay at your home and didn’t want to leave . Pool spa and terrace were ideal for barbecue’s and relaxing highly recommend this home for your holiday. We hope to come back again soon.

My husband and I both agreed this was our favorite vacation ever! The house was absolutely perfect for our relaxing trip away from the kids. The house was very clean and the bed was super comfy. We loved opening up the doors to the lanai during the day to let the fresh air in, and enjoyed the spa and pool every day. The dock was easy to launch our rented paddle boards and the location was close to the store and beach. The beach equipment and cooler made trips to the beach a breeze. We loved walking around the neighborhoods at night on the safe and spacious sidewalks. A very quiet and relaxing neighborhood with excellent privacy for the pool, loved the screened in area. Dave was quick to respond to all of my questions and very helpful. We are already planning to stay at this property again when we return. Only a few things would have made this place even better: label the light switches, some larger food storage containers, a drying rack for wet bathing suits and towels, and some hooks in the shower, but these are minor personal preferences. Thanks for a great stay, we were soooo sad to leave!

My wife and I wanted to get away on our own little island to celebrate our anniversary and this place delivered! We spent most of our trip on the screened in patio and in the pool. The kitchen is as advertised, with everything you need. My passion is sport fishing and my wife’s is cooking so we did a charter and my wife made several top end gourmet meals for us. This was the perfect place for us to get away from everything and just spend time together. Our own little island slice of paradise. Dave was great to work with and quick to respond. We highly recommend and will be back!

First family beach vacation and this place did not disappoint. Great open floor plan with good sized tvs in the living room and master bedroom. Each kid had their own room. My son was ecstatic that his room had three monitors so he could watch TV and play video games. Two bedrooms, living room, and bathroom all open up to the lanai which is amazing in itself. Multiple different options for lounge chairs and a nice sized pool for us. House has fishing poles that you can use to catch fish right off the dock. Dock is large and clean and the owners boat adds a nice touch. House was clean and kept cool. Living room was a great place to relax and cool off after a very hot beach day. Bathrooms were big and more than enough counter space. Kitchen had everything needed for your family to eat, drink, etc. This was our first family trip to the beach and next time I will be looking for this rental availability again.

Dave's house was a great place to relax, and escape! The lanai is an oasis, and easy to unwind and enjoy the pool and hot tub. House itself is great, with one bedroom doubling as an office (big plus for us). Beds are all comfortable although we didn't use the murphy bed, so cannot comment. Large, newly updated bathrooms, and well stocked kitchen. Dave was so easy to work with and communicative, responded very quickly to any questions we had.

I was very impressed with this property. Dave is a hands on host. Very informative, prompt, responsive, and truly cares about your stay. The house is very well maintained. Fully stocked with anything you need, with tons of additional things that you might need throughout your stay. Very quiet surroundings, with outdoor space, and an amazing dock for your enjoyment. Great for hanging out with your family, or spend time finishing in the canal. We caught all kinds of different fish. My husband was glad he brought his gear. We seen a manatee, a huge dolphin, jellyfish, including all other kinds of fish, that cruise by. We will for sure reserve this property for our next trip back to the island.

I have been coming to Marco for years. Being a Marriott platinum member I always stay at the JW or Crystal Shores. No more. David’s place is a little piece of paradise on the canals of Marco. The house inside and out looks brand new. Pictures don’t do it justice. I will certainly be back.

Our family vacation was made extra special because of this listing. The pictures online of the house do not do it justice. The lanai was perfect and was the place we always gravitated towards. Between the sitting area, dining table, and using the pool & hot tub- we were constantly out there. Dave was always immediate in his responses and sent clear instructions beforehand, which was very much appreciated. As a family with two children ( 4&5 ) we felt safe, comfortable, and at ease. I truly can’t recommend this house enough, and we can’t wait to rebook.

This property was perfect in a nice quiet area. Close to grocery store, drug store, hardware store and gas station. The home was impeccable. Had a very nice lanai with pool, hot tub, grill and dining area. Perfect get-away.

This house is maybe even better than the pictures show (and those are beautiful). I use VRBO a few times a year and this is the best property and host that I’ve had experience with. Dave is an amazing host with excellent communication. The house is in a great quiet location. We were able to spend time as a family in a beautiful setting.

Interior is newly renovated; pristine. Outdoor pool and hot tub are fantastic. Owner is very responsive. The outdoor patio and furniture needs power washing to make it as superior as the rest of the property.

What a perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday with family and friends! The house was gorgeous and we enjoyed winding down each day with a swim in the pool (or the hot tub)! This home had everything we needed including coolers and beach chairs for our day at South Beach. We highly recommend renting a boat for a day and driving up to Naples. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hidden beach that the locals told us doesn’t normally exist. If you’re looking for a quick dinner in we recommend Napoli pizza which was delicious (and we’re from Chicago and know our pizza). Overall Marco Island was a perfect place to visit and this home was the perfect place to see it from.

Host was excellent to communicate with. Quick with responses, helpful, very considerate. The Leni is beautifully landscaped. It was wonderful having access to the home’s kayaks and being able to launch right off the dock and it was just a quick paddle out to the wildlife of the mangroves.

I have stayed at many vrbo’s as I love to travel but Dave is by far, the best host I have come across. He responds very quickly and really wants your stay to be pleasurable. The house is well stocked, and the neighborhood is gorgeous. Home is beautiful; we fell in love with the hot tub and pool.
