The location, breakfast, staff are all very good. The hotel is located on the hill, and gives you a very good view.

Beds are not very comfortable

The owner was very nice. The place is very cozy and scenary is great!! The service was excellent. The food in the restaurant was great. I would definitely visit again!

Very nice place, amazing location right at the foot of a huge mountain face. Very nice room and location. Breakfast was great, the whole property was very nice and the staff were friendly. My friend and I were very impressed with this property.

The location was really good. The apartment was spacious.

Kitchen was old and Stove was non-funtional Additional Cleaning fees of 150€ charged without information whatsoever on the portal. Very disappointing. Breakfat for additional cost was not worth it. Could have been better.

The view is nice but the staff is really impolite and not professional at all

We had booked in Gasthof Panorama via Booking. They sent us a message to say that we could do the check-in between 14:00 and 17:00. We arrived at 15:00 and it was closed and nobody was there. We tried to call them by phone, but they didn’t answer. We saw a man in a garage in front of the hotel and we asked him if he knew something. He told us that he didn’t know but he called the owner of the hotel (or another person of the hotel) who told him to open for us and to give us the keys of our room. One hour after, 2 other clients arrived, and nobody was there to give the keys of their room. They also had to wait and they had also been told that check-in was between 14:00 and 17:00. When the receptionist finally arrived (around 16:00), she didn’t even apologize. The day after, I told her that it was not correct, and she said that it was not her fault and answered in a really unpleasant way. I had never seen such a thing in the hotel. IT IS A SHAME
