About this house rental
Situated in New Port Richey, this lovely house for $238 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Surround yourself with tropical vibes and historic charm in this 1950's two-bedroom tiny house. Perfectly cozy at a whooping 656 square feet this little gem is situated on a quite street only a few blocks from New Port Richey's Main Street. Main street boasts multiple restaurants, ice cream/coffee shop, nightlife, and breweries. Next to main street is Sim's park which includes a children's playground and splash pad, Orange lake, andriverwalk. This house is perfect for couples or small families. A brand new in-ground pool and deck will be installed in January 2021 for guests staying on dates Feb 14th or later. Pool will be equipped with a electric heater. Electric heaters are subject to outdoor temps of 50 degrees to work effectively. The house itself is beached themed to reflect our lovely nearby coastline. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a queen sized bed with flat screen ROKU tv. The second bedroom is small in size but boasts a comfortable full size double bed for children or quests. If you need additional room we also have a couch and queen blow up mattress. All bedrooms and living room have flat screen ROKU tvs with spectrum cable. While some aspects of the house have been restored such as the brand new single bathroom stall, other areas maintain the homes historic charm by being restored or repainted. Modern amenities include free wifi, cable TV, and newer appliances in the kitchen(including an air fryer!). the outside area features a small screened in patio with charcoal grill. Check in is made easy by our smart lock(no contact required). Our home is also maintained by a professional cleaning company. Multiple beaches are accessible by car, the closest being Green Key Beach which is 2.9 miles away. Fred Howard Park and Honeymoon island are the area's most popular beaches.

The property is all the listing shows and more. Super cozy and comfortable, plenty to do around the house (both inside and out), and a cute, quaint town. Several nice beaches nearby and shopping. Matt and Lisa were responsive and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again, as we plan to make many more trips down to the area. ❤️

Went here for our honeymoon and it was more than we could ever imagine! House has plenty of room and is clean. We could tell a lot of care was put into making the house comfortable. Every night we had s'mores by the fire with the plentiful wood and fire pokers (lifesaver!). Of course the pool was a HUGE plus too!
Town has plenty to offer from causal family fun to night life. We went to soooo many places and need to come back as we found way too many things we want to check out.
Only about an hour from Clearwater so a great location too. Funnily enough, Clearwater was a little too busy and we plan to spend next trip just in New Port Richey.
I really can't say enough how great this was! We loved the house and absolutely adore the town. Thank you!!!

This was a great find. The location to downtown NPR was awesome and so convenient to be able to walk to all the bars and restaurants. The pool was so nice and used everyday. For a small house to have this feature was an added bonus in my book. It was perfect size for family of 3. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Our plans had us traveling to Tampa or Clearwater each day but we ended up spending most of our time in New Port Richey and the remainder lounging around in Tiny Tahiti! If you are looking for a getaway, this is it!

We enjoyed this little gem! We booked for our Weeki Wachee trip, and this was only 20 miles away, nice to have a private pool, and we walked to downtown for the little shops and restaurants, so convenient... cute little house and good communication with owners, thanks Matt and Lisa :)

The pictures do not give this awesome place justice! Check in was a breeze and the home is beautifully decorated and homey. The backyard is bigger than the pictures represent and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Two grills one electric and one charcoal, the fire pit already had wood and kindling in it when I arrived and the pool was perfect! Take advantage of the book that’s full of fun things to see and enjoy. The area has a small town feel but has great restaurants and several live bands on the weekends. I chose this area to get away from the hustle and bustle to relax but found that it’s not as far away from most of the attractions the gulf coast has to offer. There is a reason this place has 5 star reviews! It’s a gem!!! Thank you Lisa & Matt!

We had a great stay! My fiancé and I wanted a little getaway before we welcome our first baby to the world and this was absolutely perfect. The pool was incredible and we spent more time at the house than we did going out or sightseeing. We did visit a couple of the beaches which were secluded and small, but the water was so clear and warm and it was just enough for what we wanted to check out.
Grocery stores, places to eat, and other fun stuff is right around the corner or within a short driving distance. Thank you for having us!

This house was perfect for my friends and I to celebrate Gulf High's Centennial. We walked downtown every day/night, enjoyed the pool and had a great stay overall. The owner was very quick to respond and we will definitely stay here again!

Cute and restful
The backyard with the pool is wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. Just a great place in a great location. Downtown shops and restaurants are easy walking distance. Love it

Terrific "Tahiti" Getaway
Rented the small house to visit with family who live in Spring Hill. The property was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Restaurants, bars, convenience store all within walking distance of property. Would return to property for the next time. Am already missing the fabulous pool.

Great Place

Great base station
The house was a good base station while we were in town. It was easy to get to the places we wanted to visit and the downtown area was conveniently walking distance from the house. Communication was great and the check in process was easy. We used several of the recommendations from the tip book. After a day of exploring it was so nice to come back and spend time floating in the pool.

Awesome Rental
We spent the last week at the "Tiny House" and it was awesome. Very clean, had everything we needed and then some. The backyard was just what we needed after a long winter in Michigan. There is constant sun on the yard and the screened in porch provides a great getaway from the weather and any bugs that came out in the evening. Home owners were very responsive to any texts that were sent to them. The house is only a few blocks from downtown, which is very quant and the folks are very personable. Already looking forward to our trip next spring. Overall 5 stars. great property.

Relaxing at the Oasis
Great little home, tastefully decorated and clean. Close to Downtown Shops. Great backyard with beautiful salt water pool and fire pit. All the amenities for a relaxing home away from home.

Perfect little oasis
My husband our and two children stayed at this property for a week and everything was so well thought out and accounted for. They have everything you could need on a trip away from home. The location is great. New Port Rickey has a few little attractions that are within walking distance from the place. The pool and outdoor areas were perfect especially for kids. No need to even leave the place! We went to a different area beach every day we visited! The location is really close to Tarpon Springs and Dunedin which are awesome places! I would agree with other reviews saying that the beds are uncomfortable, they really were but, I think the price and accommodations definitely make up for that.

My husband and I rented this property for our 5 year wedding anniversary. The experience we was exactly what we wanted. The back yard pool area was great for swimming and relaxing. We loved the short walk to the bars and restaurants. The house was clean, cozy and cute. The beds were a little uncomfortable. But overall we loved our stay and loved this tiny house and would stay here again!
