The property was well appointed. It had everything we needed. Only thing I missed was my king size pillow. The king bed had 2 flat king pillows. I prefer a thicker pillow. Very comfortable sofa to watch tv.

First of all, our host Ashley IS AMAZING! She’s easy to communicate with and had an immaculate, comfortable home. The area was safe, neighbors are nice, and location was very convenient.
This is such a cute house with plenty of rooms. No steps which made it perfect for handicapped people. The little extras like the blow dryers, shampoo, conditioners, etc… were unexpected and appreciated.
I would stay here again and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Thanks again to our awesome host Ashley.

This home was lovely. It was in a perfect location for me and my family. We had a wonderful stay for 3 days. It was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this home again.

I was looking for a home to share with another family, as our boys would be participating in a lacrosse tournament in town. The property was as described and Ashley the property manager was easy to connect with. The home was very nice, comfortable, and clean inside. Everyone that stayed was very pleased. I only had two issues with the property. One the grass was high when arrived for our two-night stay. Ideally, it would have been nice that it was shorter, but not a deal killer. Again the home is nice. Two, the house rule that the air conditioning cannot go lower than 72 degrees Fahrenheit was not realistic in early June in Florida. The house was still mildly warm but not cool. We had to turn on all the fans to have the home at a cool temperature that would make it feel like 70 degrees and pleasant. Overall, I recommend this property.

We had a great time! The property was everything it was offered! The yard wasn’t mowed but I was ok but my son owns a lawn care business and wanted the mow it! Lol I told him we on vacation!!! Would recommend to stay here for anyone looking to have a great place which is close to restaurants and the beach! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

It is well decorated. The king bed was extremely comfortable. We loved going to the beaches, Mulligan’s restaurant, McKee Botanical gardens, an art show at Hutchinson Beach Park, etc. Good price for house and having a private bathroom for each of us was delightful!

Waht a wonderful house, it is well stocked and had room for everyone. All bedrooms have their own bath and the house was cared for. really quite neighborhood, and the location is perfect. Close to the beach as well as shopping. Will definately stay here aging on my next visit to the Vero Beach area.

We enjoyed Christmas at this clean and comfortable home. Would definitely recommend. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pans for cooking. Loved the open floor plan in living area with the great windows/doors to the back yard. Great communication with Ashely. Thanks for the great stay.

We enjoyed the place, didn't know that it would only have one TV, my husband said that would have been a GAME changer for him. 8 adults, one tv, it was hard, but we made it. Never been asked to put the trash out on the street, or strip beds at a hotel before, we missed trash pick up day.

The house was beautiful and well kept. We especially appreciated the extra touches (entertainment and food recommendations, beach supplies, toys and games).
We had no issues at all. Highly recommend and we'll be back!

Amazing get together
We are so pleased with our host and her property! The place is amazingly clean and decorated. The house is fully stocked and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom is definitely a plus. The property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the beaches. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend these few days there. For the last ten years we have rented a house through VRBO to get the family together. The house was perfect and the best we have found in all these years. We created memories that will last us a lifetime. We would definitely return next year.

Patriotic weekend
Great house, everything is new and comfortable. We love that each bedroom had its own bath. Publix was close by and neighborhood is very quiet. Will definitely stay there again!

Great property perfectly built for guests
We wanted to stay in the Sebastian area for its central location to several world-class birding areas. We are all bird photographers and loved everything about the home.

We were looking for a stopover on our way from Key West back to Maryland. House was very nice. It cries out for a covered heated pool but we were too tired to care. The garage is very small. We had hoped to pull the car in and not unpack but our car wouldn't fit. That's my only real criticism.

Cozy stay
This space was perfect for my family (husband, myself and our 2 year old daughter), more than enough space! The neighborhood is quiet and the location was in good proximity to all our needs. The household was well stocked and had everything we needed and then some. Very comfortable stay for our home away from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great floor plan for families
Since my dad uses a wheelchair we really appreciated this ranch home and open floor plan. The kitchen and bathrooms felt newly remodeled and were well stocked. All of the beds and bedding were very comfortable but the twins would be best for younger kids (not older teens or adults). The host was great at communication. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place! We picked this location because our daughter was getting married at The Rustica and it was only 10 minutes away! But, also easy to get to Vero Beach. Loved that all 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom! Perfect for multiple families to stay.

It was clean, nice, large and homey.
There were beach towels and beach chairs which came in really handy and some games as that we played with.
Beautiful back porch and back yard.
The host communicated really well and even let us check in a bit early because the house was ready.
