Adorable 3BR\/2BA farmhouse ranch in Ballantyne - Pool is Open!
About this house rental
Located in Ballantyne, this attractive house for $380 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Spectacular one story, 3 bedroom house with everything you could need, located in a quiet neighborhood, with walking trails, pond, tennis courts, and a pool (now open as of May 4th!). You are minutes from the expressway as well as all the Ballantyne shopping and restaurants. You really are a $5 Uber ride to everything. My number one goal is to make sure that you can have the best possible stay you can have! Fully fenced in backyard - Pets are Welcomed! ($50 fee per pet per stay) -15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement Park -3 minutes to Ballantyne -25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte (home of the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Hornets) -15 minutes to Premium Outlet Mall -Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs) Area: The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and a pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view. Getting around: You have a driveway so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 - 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to Uptown Charlotte, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena. Other things to note: We have compiled a house manual which you can find when you reach home to help familiarize yourself with our home. My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. I provide a guest guide book of Charlotte that provides a ton of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte! I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us. Disclaimer- “We get Pest spray done regularly for bugs and other insects as well as the place is professionally cleaned after every stay; however, Mother Nature takes a hold sometimes, especially during summer months and you may see an occasional bug/insects inside the home. If you are uncomfortable with this possibility, you should not book this property. Thank you”

We were in Charlotte area to decide if we want to relocate there. Our daughter flew in to give us her input. The house is in a great community with everything you need nearby. My favorite was an Indian grocery store that also sold take out or dining area. One of the other customers helped us make choices. Excellent! ( ask about spice level as one entree was spicy )
Back to the house. Great for relaxing. Neighbors are friendly. There were only 2 things that were a minor hassle . One very perky bird outside wakes up at about 5 am chirping away outside the master bedroom . ( bring earplugs if this will bother you ). We noticed some spiders the last day or 2. The host was very responsive and will call in pest people to spray.
I forgot to mention, any communication with host is responded to within 15 minutes. Great team ! .

The layout of the home was good and decorated nicely inside but could definitely use some deep cleaning. We chose the house because we were bringing our dogs and the yard was fenced. We could not use the yard due to the large dog next door constantly being outside and barking and jumping on the fence. One day the dog barked for 3 hours straight. The homes are extremely close together so the barking could be heard throughout the house. This isn’t the owner’s fault but was a big disappointment.

We needed a place to stay for a few days with our dogs. It was just perfect-- clean and comfortable, with a nice fenced in yard.

This 3BR/2BA house was the perfect size for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. It was super clean and beautifully decorated. It was located in a safe neighborhood and fenced in which was great for the dogs. The house is fully stocked. We stayed for a week and I didn’t have to buy any dish soap, trash bags, shampoo or hand soap. We had a great stay visiting family nearby and would rent this house again.

This house was in a prime location and was very clean. We visit family in Charlotte quite a bit, but needed somewhere where we could bring our dog. There is a nice deck and fenced in yard which was perfect! Rob communicated very well and was very responsive to all questions and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a short stay in this property as we had to be at the President’s Cup at Quail Hollow. The home was clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected based on the listing. Communication with the owner was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for more. Very good location. Highly recommend if you are planning on being in the area.

Welcoming house in quiet neighborhood, twenty minutes from everything! Well stocked kitchen and luxury linens. Nearby restaurants and easy access to the highway to go anywhere in Charlotte. The host answered all our inquiries promptly. Check in and check out were a breeze! Perfectly suited for two couples spending a long weekend to attend various events in Charlotte.

The property listing is very accurate and was a great location for us and worked out well. Loved the hiking trail by the pond and the pool was fantastic. We did hear quite a few dogs barking at all hours, but hey, it's a neighborhood and that is expected :-).

The home is very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. It is close to shopping, parks, entertainment restaurants and has a pool and small park area that is walking distance from the home. The owners are very easy to work with and the home has a set up that works well for individuals or families. The neighborhood is residential and quiet.

Charming all around
This was our first stay in the area and this home did not disappoint anywhere! It was adorable and far more charming than even the pictures could show! It is nestled in a great little quiet neighborhood but just minutes from anything you could need. The owner was sooooo great at communicating with us from the initial reservation to us inquiring about his personal list of favorite things to do! Our only disappointment was the weather did not cooperate with us so we missed out on enjoying the quaint backyard! I guess that just means we need a return trip :)
