Welcome to The Haven. The very spacious 3,000 square feet complete complex to yourself! Newly remodeled and minutes from the Lake! You will have the entire house, and guest house to yourself. Enjoy the peaceful wooded view from your courtyard or from the different decks available. The Haven is near City Lake where you can hike, fish and kayak. Consisting of Palm Paradise (listing as the guest house). The Oasis (listing as an upper unit in the main house) and The Boho Bungalow (listing as the lower unit in the main house) combined for one rental. Total privacy with separate entrances to each unit. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Master Bedroom Suite: has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV and office desk. Large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and washer/dryer. Main Full Bathroom: stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV, couch, and office desk. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed with a large Roku TV, couch, and office desk 1 Main Bathroom: Full tub/shower, is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guest House: 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom with futon, kitchen with mini-fridge, single electric hot plate, and washer/dryer. Separate private deck. WiFi: High-Speed WiFi available throughout. Courtyard: Kick back and relax under the sun or at night under the lights as you enjoy the peaceful views in the courtyard. Fire-pit and charcoal grill provided. Several tables and chairs also provided for your convenience. Wifi keypad entry: Check-In - 3 PM Check-out - 11AM The property is set up for long term stays or a long weekend For your security, the premises are equipped with exterior security cameras. Other things to note This is a residential area. If booking The Haven for an event then keep in mind the quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Must be 25 years or older to book.

We rented the whole place for the weekend. The place has been updated and decorated beautifully! Everything was so clean and fresh. We had 6 bedrooms total and the one bed I slept on was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of parking for everyone, the is a nice area outside with a firepit with plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for a family of 13... Beautiful spacious areas to gather especially the enclosed courtyard.... All areas were cleaned and ready for us... Perfect place to have a combination 97 birthday party and Thanksgiving. .. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had and were super sweet... We will be back....

For my 40th birthday I wanted to spend a weekend away relaxing with my family and this place checked all the boxes! Everyone was able to have their own space, plenty of games for the kids, and plenty of fun was had relaxing in the courtyard around the fire! Would definitely stay again!

Rented this for 7 women for a college reunion. It was absolutely perfect. This place was very clean, recently updated and had every amenity you could imagine. We got lucky with the weather and spent most of our time in the courtyard around a fire. I can’t say enough about how nice this place is, the owners have done a fantastic job. (the only, and this may not make a difference to some, but the only thing to be aware of is in the 8-count for beds, one of them is a futon. Might not matter to most!)

This house was beautiful. Obviously newly remodeled with much attention to detail. We rented the entire house, and guest house for 3 nights/4 days. Communication was great. The outdoor area was what sold us on this house and it did not disappoint. The location to beautiful parks, Falling Creek Falls State Park and Burgess Falls State Park, is perfect. The waterfalls at these parks are a must see.
The town is close by with plenty of fun shops and restaurants.
The one comment I might make is that if you are using the entire house, and guest house, there is not a place to sit and eat as a group. The biggest table inside seats 4, 6 if you bring some chairs up. Outside is a picnic table that holds about 6. A bigger table would have been more accommodating.

This is a great place for gatherings! We had 5 couples here for a TTU football alumni weekend! Everything was great! Spotless home. The patio area was great for relaxing. We would definitely book here again.

I have booked a lot of house rentals and this is by far one of the best. Very comfortable and roomy. Made conversations fun with the great courtyard. Only thing we would add is some lights going down the steps to the courtyard outside but that is because we were all older. No negative words from any family members and they all raved at the great place. Thanks!

All my kids live in different states with my 8 grandkids. I am from Florida. We all converged from Huntsville, Fairhope, Florida and Washington State for the get together wedding. I wished we could have stayed longer. My husband and I the grandparents stayed in the guest cottage. 👍

We booked this last minute and were needing accommodations for my sisters and our families and there wasn’t much available in the area. We are so happy that we booked this place. It comfortably slept all 12 of us. The neighborhood was quiet, we loved the outdoor fire pit. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. We would stay here again. There were plenty of things like towels, blankets and pillows. Tosha always responded promptly if I had a question.

Family Weekend
Finding a rental for a family needing 6 bedrooms and baths enough to work perfectly is not easy. This rental was everything we needed. We had around 25 members of our family that gathered for a weekend. (Some of our group stayed in motels). This property has been upgraded and is like new inside. Outside, the driveway handles lots of cars easily. The patio is a festive place to be in the evenings with the lights hanging down from above. There are lots of washing machines, dryers, refrigerators and big screen televisions.
This rental property is an older style outside, but like new inside. When we return to Cookeville, we will definitely return to this nice rental property.
