The condo appeared to have been updated recently so it was very nice. We used the pool several times and it was very warm so that was good too. A few neighbors were noisy outside one night, but we did not hear them from the bedroom area so it was a non-issue. Anita was very quick to respond and did a great job for us.

I have to say the apartment was very clean and neat and quite. We were not able to get to the beaches because of the red tide and glad there was a pool in the complex. Many good restaurants in the area and a Publix’s close by.

If there were to be a problem then I can see that they would be very helpful. We are UK "oldies" and need a quiet area, which it was, but would have liked to use the King bedroom but the noise from a neighbour's air con,most of the night, prevented this. However we used the Queen front bedroom and it was surprisingly quiet except just one night out of seven. Also, if you like us, need blackout blinds to prevent a disturbed night, then the early morning light may well bother you. This is an individualistic comment and may not be pertinent to others. Overall the condo satisfied all our weekly needs....thank you Anita.

Lovely condo, close to shopping, beach restaurants. Pool was very nice.. we had an excellent 2 weeks!

The unit was everything we had expected. The property is older, and needs some work. We never felt unsafe, and the pool was nice. Can’t beat the location if you spend time at Siesta Key

Condo was exactly as we expected from description and reviews. Great value for Sarasota when more than a hotel room is needed. Anita is extremely responsive and helpful, and she even had a ballon and flowers ready for us as we were celebrating a birthday! Place was very clean and had everything needed for a day or two at the beach, which was very close by car, perhaps 10-12 minutes drive to the closest beach. Not far from downtown Sarasota also. The condo complex itself is not upscale, but we had no problems and the people we encountered were friendly. We would stay here again.

Great space for business meetings

The property was just as expected. While we had an issue with the parking space, it was brief and quickly resolved. Inside was very clean, with everything you need throughout. From towels, to kitchen items, to items for the beach. Had a lovely stay for a fun girl's weekend.

This property was perfect for us to come back to for rest and recovery after a long day of driving to Cape Coral and back to check on our under construction vacation home. The amenities were perfect and the description was spot on. Communication with the owner was easy and quick as we reserved this about one day ahead of our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

Anita is fantastic! She responds to messages quickly. The condo is super cute and clean! However, the neighbors are loud and woke us up in the middle of the night. Otherwise great place to stay!

Great condo, well laid out. Not overwhelmed with furniture. We loved the location as it's a short drive to many attractions, and it is a quiet property.

We enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed and more. Even beach chairs, an umbrella and toys to play with at the beach. It was decorated so nice and in a great location close to everything!

Anita was a wonderful hostess. She replied promptly and was very accommodating with our requests. The place was really clean and nicely updated. The only issue was the neighborhood wasn’t the nicest but overall a great place to stay. We will definitely be returning to this charming place! No question.

Only negative are the speedbumps to access the parking lot, there are 3 or 4 speedbumps which are kind of high and if you have a car with a low front end (like mine), you have to be extremely careful going over the bumps. Overall.. I would definitely stay here again.

Our experience was wonderful. The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. The listing said it was only 2.5 miles from siesta key beach and shops, however, it was actually 4.5 miles. We did not rent a car thinking we could just walk to the downtown shops, beach and restaurants, but that walk was too long for us. No big deal, we just ubered our way and had a great time!

The property was lovely. Really nicely laid out, clean, nicely decorated and beautiful bedrooms with comfy beds. The only comment we have would be about the swimming pool area. It needs a bit of tlc. The actual pool was great! We’d advise renting a car as you can’t walk to the beach. Overall perfect for what we needed. Thank you
