If you are looking for a convenient location that sleeps your big family - this will satisfy those needs. If you are looking for clean and well stocked accommodations with appliances that work and with a host that cares - you will not be happy. From the ripped leather cushions to the filthy carpet and couch to walls and doors that had visible food/debris/filth in quite a few places. The oven (as mentioned by someone else) is broken - error F1 - replace control board - pretty essential to have a working oven… But the most shocking part? The “operator” - he was rude and dismissive when contacted and told us that we obviously had never stayed at a VRBO. Ironically we have stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years and successfully have operated short term rentals for almost two decades. Our “issues”? Not getting check in info until asked for it - hours after check in, no guest book/email advising where garbage could be taken, how to access pool, etc, NO POOL TOWELS - one bath towel each, ONE dishwasher package and ONE garbage bag for a week stay, and NO cleaning products to allow us to clean the place so it was clean enough to comfortably stay - did I mention the dishwasher spinner came off (we fixed it), the dishwasher isnt attached to anything but just pushed in place so it moves, and a stove that doesn't work. When I messaged explaining how the place wasnt clean and asking for additional garbage bags, dishwasher soap and some cleaning spray I was told to find somewhere else to stay if I didn't like it. Two days later a garbage bag with a single roll of paper towel was dropped off with no further explanation. The stay can be summed up by my 9 year old in the airport (so not even good TP) announcing that she was so happy to use “real” toilet paper after the sandpaper we had just used for a week (it was horrific). If the place had a deep clean, broken items replaced and was actually stocked - say with at least three garbage bags and enough soap to allow guests to wash their dishes and clean up after themselves - it wouldn't even matter that the operator wasn't pleasant - it would be five stars. Best advice? Look for accommodations in this development that aren't operated by this operator if you are looking for more than hostel level cleanliness and want a vacation that is free from headache and heartache.

The couch could be replaced and the carpet changed out or changed to hard wood floors. We were not expecting the carpet and couch to be so dirty. We didn’t let our 1 year old crawl or use the couch due to that reason. Owner notified. Otherwise owner was Reasonably responsive to my questions and allowed for early check in which would appreciate it.

We were in town for a weekend to participate at a race at Disney World. The location was perfect to drive to Disney and it was close to restaurants and grocery stores. The townhouse was clean and nicely decorated. We had good communication with the owner.

Very nice property. Oven did not work, and front door did not lock. Assume owner will fix those. We would stay again
