The property was amazing and the photos do not do it justice. Lovely views from the balcony’s and the apartment had lots of little added extras we loved. Nick the host was great to deal with. He responded to emails quickly and was always available to help. The little touches of the coffee pods, bottle of wine was much appreciated.

Very nice and spacious for a family holiday - fabulous views of the city and beach - thorough communication from the owner - very close to everything, while not right in the middle of the busy streets. The only downfall for us was that wifi wasn't working properly - but the owner is trying to fix it. Other than that - very happy!

1.Mantra - which one ? Too many - and instructions not clear 2.Shower holder broken in ensuite 3.Draws coming apart 4.Beds extremely hard 5.Beds in rooms not the same as the pictures configuration 5.Futon in study not adult size 6.Shower Grotty 7.Ensuite tap constantly dripping 8.Cook top element front left not functioning 9.Fist hole in second bedroom door 10. Paint peeling everywhere 11.Sliding door has no lock - chain can be opened from outside 12.Dishwasher did not spin at bottom as it was not in correctly / broken 13.No instructions on what to do with the key - I put it back in the lock box 14. No second key & fob Overall very run down with cheap toilet paper and no tissues

Outstanding property overlooking the beautiful beach on our balcony, whilst the other side we could see the river. Very clean and felt just like home. Plenty of utensils for the kitchen and a laundry in the room made it even more worth while! The host responded to my messages in a timely manner and addressed any needs I had. The mantra itself has a spectacular outdoor and indoor pool space for both adults and children. The underground parking offered safety to our vehicle and the host also che led in on us throughout our stay. The room was more than we could have expected and would definitely use this host again!

So impressed Nick was excellent to deal with super quick responses to my list of questions and when we arrived the bottle of wine left for us was such a lovely touch. The ground at the Mantra where lovely and the pools where excellent so much to do & the Thai restaurant was yumo , we will be booking again had the best stay thank you
