Hygienic rooms and all hotel

Double amount paid than amount shown during booking, there is no amount reflected after full amount paid in prepayment Dirty pillow and cushion & blanket Dirty washroom Wet towel No dustbins No mats either washroom gate and nor in room any where

Very bad

Room was not clean. There was a stain on a blanket when asked to change they refused. Even the water bottle was not there in the room. Ac and fan was also not working

Staff was not co operative.. there was no soap or towel.. moreover fan was not working and there was power cut in the night and generator was not working.

It was horrible experience. I am totally unhappy with the lost of my money.

Poor customer service Dirty bedroom Dirty washroom, smell in washroom, no water supply in toilet No telephones to call front desk or kitchen No handle to open the main gate from inside Bedsheet, pillows and blanet was full of hair No shampoo, hand washroom or shower gel Most of the gates were open of the hotel Towel was not clean Television was not in working condition Mosquitoes were there Some insects and cockroaches were there in room They took advance payment without showing me room and denied to give any other room or money. Please help me with the refund. I checked out after few hours and booked room somewhere else.

My booking was showing confirmed. But when I went there the told me that rooms are full. Even I told them about my online confirmed booking. But still they refused me. It was horrible experience. I was tired since morning travel. And then I have to look for some other hotel by my own.
