About this condo rental
Guests have access to the entire condo. Self check-in with keypad. Residence is located in the back of the complex for a peaceful quiet stay. There are two numbered parking spaces located in front of unit. A community pool is in the center of the complex, which is a very short walk. The outdoor shower is great when returning from the beach or pool. The front storage shed contains beach chairs, coolers and bicycles for guest use. The space Sea-Esta Retreat is a home away from home. Comfortable and clean with coastal decor, you will be sure to enjoy your stay. The main floor has the living area, dining area, half bathroom, and fully stocked kitchen. A full size washer and dryer are in the kitchen. The bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and day bed. The living room and both bedrooms have Xfinity streaming tv and ceiling fans. The deck is a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Guest access Guest have access to entire condo.

The condo was very cute and very clean. It had a beachy theme which was fun.
The furniture was nice and comfortable.
And the bikes were an extra bonus!! Our teenage grandchildren enjoyed being part of the bike scene!

Clean, and comfortable with all the extra touches such as coffee pods, games, etc. Gary and Connie answered every question in a courteous and timely manner, and all was as described! We knew it wasn't in the location we personally wanted ( walking distance to village, etc., so that was no surprise. All in all, a great stay and would recommend!

The property and location were great! Easy drive to St. Simons beaches and a short drive to Jekyll Island. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Our 5 yr old was excited about the pool, and we played the tic tac toe in the living room about a million times! We felt very at home and comfy all week 😊

The condo is located a short distance after you get off the bridge so you have to follow the owner’s directions as to not miss the entrance. However, after the first time into the area, you won’t have any trouble. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The king sized bed was comfortable and that bedroom has a lot of closet space. The living room has plenty of seating and was, again, comfortable. For us, clean and comfortable are important. It was no more than 15 minutes max to pretty much anywhere on the island you would want to go from the condo. I would definitely recommend staying there.

We were in the area for a soccer tournament at various fields among the islands. This place was a great location and the place itself was wonderful.

Comfortable stay
Everything was as described and at a great value. Owner communicated within minutes if anything was needed. Enjoyed our stay.

Quiet place
We had a great time in Georgia. The property is well managed and get back to you very quickly! It is a short drive to the beach and restaurants! Very quiet! Big enough for my family of 5. The pool could have used some TLC but I know it's not the responsibility of the owner! Thanks so much! Hope to use this property again!

We enjoyed our stay. Gary was very responsive in answering my all questions. The property was in excellent condition when we arrived. I would definitely stay another time. 7 mins drive from beach. They have all the beach stuff and four bikes.

Affordable and clean family vacation!
We have come to the island for several years now. We usually stay on the east side, so this was a bit more traffic than we were used to but only at usual peak times during the day. The condo was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens, cooking supplies, toiletries etc. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for so many condos right together. They had everything there that we needed for the beach and it was nice to not have so much to travel with. We did have a small toddler and were able to use a baby gate easily with the stairs. Everything was great! I would highly recommend this for families that appreciate comfort but also affordability!

Great Place
Nice condo with everything that you need. We enjoyed our stay. Close to Winn Dixie, McDonalds, Chick-fil-a, and great local restaurants. Only about 2.5 miles from Neptune Park. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were great.
