Everything was cleaned and important information was easy to access in the binder left for us. It was roomy enough for our family and we found everything we needed. The addition of games, dvd's and beach towels was a nice unexpected touch! Neighborhood was quiet and the beach was fairly easy to access.

We did have to wait a bit to access the property past our check-in time time but that was only a minor inconvenience. We also felt the couch was a little uncomfortable but we spent most of our time exploring.
