The home was beautiful if you just needed a place to lay your head. The ad says sleeps 20 but the home is not meant for 20 people at all. It’s very cramped. If you have small children the up stairs couch is a major hazard as they can flip right over the pony wall. That’s a long fall for a small child. The pots and pans, baking sheets and utensils were gross. We had to do dishes before even using them. We pulled the couch from the wall so the kids couldn’t fall over it and there was so much garbage under it I began to wonder if the place had been cleaned. My white socks were black on the bottom after walking on the floor without shoes. From the pictures it looked like a fun place however the basketball hoop was broken upon arrival and the only on site amenity was a ping pong table. Parking is a major chore if you don’t have small vehicles. You can’t park in the garage due to the ping pong table and basketball hoop. Our son was hospitalized during our stay and we were scrambling to extend our stay or get a late check out. We got no response back despite the fact that we messaged multiple times. For the amount of money we paid to stay at this location, we will take our money elsewhere next time.

Everything was clean and in good condition. We loved that we were so close to so many fun things, Zion, Sand Hollow, St George all very close. We noticed the pool going in and will definitely be back when it's finished! Perfect place for family vacations!

The house was very clean and neat. Very spacious for our group of 10. We used the kitchen the whole stay and it was wonderful. Back patio was great to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather. We loved to stay up late and have ping pong tournaments in the garage area. Plenty of beds and space for all of us to be comfortable. 10/10 experience for everyone. Will be staying here again. Your Comments We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property! From the fully-appointed kitchen to the roomy bedrooms to the surprise ping pong table in the garage, our family of various ages was happily accommodated. Along with on-property pickleball courts (which we fully enjoyed), we had access to the nearby community center with a lap pool, splash area for kids with dump buckets and an epic slide, and a basketball court. We also noticed the beginnings of a pool being installed next to the on-property pickleball courts and can't wait to come back to enjoy having that, too, as it will be just a short walk across the street. For those who just wanted to relax, there was a nice patio in the back yard. Each of the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and TVs. The bathrooms were big and bright with plenty of room to spread out toiletries. We all agreed that the condo was well decorated without being overwhelmed with knickknacks which inevitably get moved or broken. Because of this, we felt free to spread out and feel at home. The location is also perfect. We were within minutes to nearby shopping, gas, groceries and trails. Overall, each person in our party gave two thumbs up. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy all St. George has to offer.

Manager allowed us to check in early which was very helpful since we traveled from IL. It was great seven of the eight cousins were able to share the three full bunk beds w/trundles. They loved it! We loved the ping pong table in the garage and played in the evenings.
Condo was well supplied although a few boxes of kleenex would have been nice. Some of the games need to be replaced as pieces are missing and couldn't be enjoyed.
Plenty of things to do in the area. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the condo.

Great Family Gathering
Red Sands was excellent in their communication with us regarding our stay. They called us the day before to ask if we had any questions and even gave us backup info for our check-in in case we had after hours issues. The house was clean, well stocked, and the beds were so comfortable! We had 11 people stay with room to spare. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great house-loved our stay
We had 15 folks (7 adults, 8 kids) in the house for our trip to Zion. The house was clean, rooms were spacious, kitchen perfectly stocked with everything we needed to make meals, and we loved our stay. We were able to take advantage of the Rex center’s water park and our kids loved it. If we make it back to Zion again, this is the first house we’ll check for availability. Thanks Red Sands!

St george visit
Everything was super except for a couple of things. Bathrooms didn't have wash cloths the 1st day. DVD players were unhooked. We finally figured out how to get them to work. Service was very responsive! We would stay here again!
