Well decorated and furnished, exactly as advertised and pictured, in a great location, in a nice complex. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We love having a large balcony with a great view from both the living room and bedroom. It seemed just the right size condo for the 2 of us. The bed was very comfortable. Having a door code instead of a key was great. The elevators were great, very quick and rarely much of any wait. There was always plenty of parking available. Washer/dryer much appreciated, we wouldn't stay in a beach condo without. The new beach chairs and umbrellas are very nice except for having to count to figure out which are the assigned ones since they are all the same and put up daily (for us - go to center, then count 10 to the left, others were more or less). Not the fault of the owner in any way, just how it is there now. The chair people are a little quick to pick up and put away if you leave for a bit anytime in the afternoon, too, so future users should make sure to leave something with the chairs so they know you're coming back.

Disappointed! The bed smelled like vomit, there was mold in the coffee pot, the windows were only cleaned about 6’ up, and there were only 3 towels for the week. The condo is in a great location, well decorated with an excellent balcony and view, however cleanliness was an issue for us. I considered calling Bill (he did provide his number), however, I came down to PCB for relaxation and wanted privacy……I did not want to “manage” the property and its issues nor did I want to spend my time finding solutions. That is the management’s job, not mine and I did not go on vacation to problem solve. It fell short, not worth the money. It’s as simple as that.

This property was everything and more than what we expected! I was highly pleased. We had 2 minor issues…we only had 2-bath towels and 1-wash cloth for a week stay. The other thing we thought could make your condo better is next time you update maybe a taller toilet would be nice!?! Thanks for sharing your little place of bliss with us! Hope to be back soon! ❤️

We had a great stay! The condo was just as pictured and described. Easy check in process and appreciated the code for the door instead of carrying keys! The view is spectacular! The elevators are super quick as well. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Bill!

We had a great time at Long Beach resort. There were some issues right before check in with some busted pipes where we were supposed to stay but they stayed in contact with us and had us a new one with in minutes. We had to stay in a few different condos due to the circumstances but they were all beautiful and very clean. Close to some great restaurants, gorgeous view, on site security. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach! Our condo was pretty clean upon arrival (coffee grounds in coffee pot). 14th floor, those elevators do move quickly! Lots of extra pillows and fuzzy blankets came in handy on a cold, rainy day. Bed was super comfy. We spent one whole day on that amazing patio! There is a heated pool and hot tub very close. The pool was warm enough to spend some time in. While we didn't make meals in the small kitchen, it was large enough to make drinks and throw a frozen pizza in the oven. The washer and dryer was super helpful. A couple of beach chairs in the closet for the months without chair service would be a great addition! Overall, the condo is smaller than the pictures look (about 700 sq. ft) but there really is room for 3 adults and we would happily head back!

This property is exactly as described, and looks just like the photos. The bed is super-comfy, as is the furniture in the living room. The balcony is spacious, and the views are spectacular. The location is great, with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The check-in process was efficient (information and materials were sent in advance, which was much appreciated). This is an excellent property and we would not hesitate to return in the future.

We had never stayed in a 1 bedroom condo before, but was so happy with the open floor plan and how spacious the living area was, especially the bedroom, even having vaulted ceiling in the bedroom and living room. The bed linen and towels were luxurious! Absolutely spa like! I would love to stay at one of the larger properties with the family! Great, nice security and excellent communication with owner.

We loved the condo and the location of the condo! The only down side is having to mail back the pool bracelets when you get back home.

It’s always very simple with the bookings through Bill and we really enjoyed our stay the bed was amazing and so comfortable with excellent pillows and sheets, I wish I could take it with us. Waking up to the ocean at your face never gets old. Also had comfy outdoor loungers and good outdoor pillows which made me go outside at sunrise and fall back asleep to the sound of the ocean. I also loved the extra fuzzy blankets available made it more cozy.

Highly recommend this property. Very clean. Beautifully decorated condo. Great for a small family. No wait for elevators. Love the location. Owner is very polite and responds quickly to questions. Would stay again!

Our room was amazing , and so close to everything.. pool was very nice, beach chairs location was ok. The Hangout closed earlier than we thought the would. Elevators were fast, no wait times. We had the most relaxing time ever. Thank you again..

Easy in and out. Excellent communication prior to stay. No need to communicate during the stay or after. However, if I needed anything I am confident I would have been able to reach out and resolve. There just wasn’t any need. My only piece of info to share even slightly negative was that the Ice Maker didn’t work. Just bought a bag of ice when getting groceries.

Loved the large balcony and the nightly sunsets. This unit is right on the semi-private beach. The bed is super comfy and the sunrise from the bedroom is incredible. We will definitely return yearly.

Our first time to PCB and we loved the location, close to a lot of things and beautiful wide beach. Condo was very clean and decor was amazing. Everything was A+ Condo was spotless. Very tastefully decorated. Pool was very cold. Hot tub great. Really loved the chairs inured with included with this unit. Property manager very on top of everything.

The property is also fantastic with its various pools and hot tubs etc. It was also an added bonus to have the beach chairs included. Cant say enough good things and we will be booking this condo next year as a result of our excellent week!

Amazing views, great location. The unit was clean and just as pictured. Bed was comfortable. The fold out was big enough for my kids. The one and only draw back is the air conditioner had a lock on it so you couldn’t turn it down. Other than that we loved it! Would stay again!!!
