The property has a comfortable homely inviting feel to it as soon as you walk through the door. Back patio with BBQ perfect for a family BBQ. Bed configuration is 1 King Bed and 3 King Singles Property has Foxtel All the creature comforts of home just minutes to river and beach A $700 security deposit is required on each booking and held against your current credit card. Please note guests are responsible for providing their own linen for this property (sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels and tea towels). Doona's and pillows are provided only. This property is strictly no pets. The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The place was very nice and tidy it is in a good location/ part of town only down side it may need to have internet because the reception for the your phone is really bad .That is all I could say everything else was good for the hole week stay .

The location is great. Easy booking system. Difficult to get in the door after for trying for 20 mins we had to call the realestate and were told we just have to giggle it and it will work.. it was very difficult to open. The place was tidy and a good size. The windows were putrid - covered in mould - severe mold! And the counters and cupboards were not cleaned. We are very easily pleased people. And happy to rough it camping in the middle of no where but when you are paying $450 for the weekend we expect clean. Not fancy just clean. Our family has owned budget accomodation for years so we know what clean is. Perhaps popping into the rentals to ensure cleaners have infact cleaned and also a visit just prior to a new guest coming in would be a good idea - just to get the odd dead cockroach or fly that can appear between clean and new holiday maker. As this was case for us.
