The Sunshine Retreat, located on Elanda Street, Sunshine Beach is perfect for those wanting to escape and unwind, whilst only minutes from central Hastings Street and Noosa Heads. The Space: Sunny balcony and barbeques on the deck, sandy beach days and afternoons by the pool, The Sunshine Retreat is beach holiday living in Sunshine Beach’s most convenient locations. Or just relaxing in the apartment on the comfortable couch and side chairs while reading a book, magazine, or catching up on a favourite movie. Where every day feels like the perfect escape from it all. On entry you will be led into the lounge room that is the central living space, it is open planned and filled with natural light, which then leads onto the wrap around deck with ocean views. With a north facing balcony off the lounge and dining area, enjoy the morning sun. The open plan lounge and dining give the whole apartment a spacious, well proportioned, and airy feel. The kitchen has a large granite benchtop as the center piece to create great meals, memories, and drinks with friends. The kitchen is also equipped with condiments, high end appliances, induction top, dishwasher and a selection of teas and coffee. There is a total of three bedrooms – the master bedroom with king bed, air con, TV, built in wardrobe, opening sliding screened glass door to a private balcony and its own en-suite; the second main bedroom has air con, built in wardrobe, opening sliding screened glass door to a private balcony; and the third bedroom has a designer timber built in bunk bed with single underneath and trundle bed plus built-in cupboard and pedestal fan. The large main bathroom includes a shower, basin and heated towel rails and separate powder room. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The space is designed for complete relaxation with a shared pool in the complex, outdoor and indoor dining and all the amenities you will need for the ultimate holiday. The décor is handpicked and stylish - intended to give the guests who stay here a completely unique and memorable experience. There is aircon throughout to keep the apartment cool in summer. Fans are in all of the bedrooms and lounge room. The property enjoys ocean breezes for cooling cross ventilation. The Sunshine Retreat is all on one level – so will suit families, friends, and small groups. Note - There are a small flight of stairs from the front entrance, and then another flight from the secure carpark in basement. A single secure underneath carpark and plenty of free street parking for more than one car. Complex - surrounded by lush leafy tropical landscaped gardens with a private communal inground pool with sunbathing terrace and BBQ areas; this is a quiet, well-maintained complex that although so close to the village and beach, is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Breaching these rules results in immediate termination of your booking, also the Bond can be withheld.

This property is beautifully renovated and decorated and has a lovely feel. The property has everything plus more that you could need for a holiday. We had 2 young children with us and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need or would have in your own home that is kid-safe plus beautiful kitchenware for the adults. Everything has been so well thought out - just walk in and relax. Loved the kids room-the decor, toys and books were great! Thank you.

This apartment has everything you will need, no need to bring anything from home - very well thought out and well appointed apartment - top shelf. Whilst the apartment complex is slightly dated, the refit and furniture are wonderful. Garage very low clearance.

We enjoyed a perfect 5 nights on Sunshine Beach. The apartment felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed. Moments walk to cafe, restaurants and the beach. A lovely walk from Sunshine Beach to Noosa through the headlands.

My sister and I were so happy with this apartment. It is light and breezy, beautifully furnished, wonderful books to browse, a well stocked pantry with all your basics and more. Comfortable beds and easy walk to cafes and the beach.

The property was furnished beautifully but also comfortably, and we've never stayed somewhere where the owners have literally thought of everything...from a nespresso machine with pods, charging cables, barbecue and a kitchen that is better equipped then my own. The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk to the shops and beach not to mention a lovely view from your own balcony. Definitely will be booking here again.
