This Intracoastal Paradise has everything you will want for your vacation beautiful view of the intracoastal, heated pool, and Jacuzzi, 5 bed with LCD TV's. 4.5 bath, one with the bathtub. High speed internet, pool table, ping pong table, two kayaks, two bicycles, paddle board, three fishing pols, and BBQ. great location, just 10 min drive to Atlantic Ave. In Delray Beach were you find many good restaurants, boutiques and street events. Boca Raton, and Mizner Park is only 15 min away, Ft Lauderdale airport is 25 min drive, and Miami only 1 hour drive. Public beach is 2 mile from the house, and Walmart Super Center is 3 miles away. This property was remodel in 2015, new bathrooms, new kitchen with granite counter top. Stainless Steel appliances, new marble floor, and wood floors in the bedrooms. This location is perfect for kayaking, paddle and fishing. Plenty pool toys, safety fence around pool for children, crib, chigh chair, beach chairs and beach towels.

The family voted it the best house we've stayed in over the several years we've spent vacationing in south Florida. The view of the intracoastal (both outside and from indoors) is awesome and the pool, spa and outdoor area are great, including an outdoor shower and lots of outdoor furniture. Some of the many positives: large, new washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets; ceiling fans in most bedrooms; nice deck off the master suite; good mattresses; fishing poles and beach gear; great open plan gathering area with plentiful seating and practical furniture; large fridge and freezer; good lighting. Kamilla was an attentive host and responded promptly to any issues we raised.

It’s a beautiful place, the amenities are great, it’s centrally located between West Palm/Jupiter and Delray, it’s perfect for a golf getaway.

The sliding glass doors leaked in the master bedroom which caused a leak at several places in the dining room on the main floor with two buckets catching the water. The resolution to this problem was to put plastic over 2/3 of the master bedroom sliding glass doors doing away with 2/3 of the view, not to mention the noise from the plastic blowing in the wind each night. . The washer and dryer didn’t work properly. The oven didn’t work properly. The air conditioner didn’t work properly for the first 5 days. The gas grill was filthy and caught on fire, luckily I noticed it and averted a disaster! 25 percent of the dock washed away in a storm several weeks before we arrived and we were never notified of this change and another 25 percent collapsed in the first 3 days of our vacation. Therefore we were not able to bring my sons boat to the property to use. I ended up renting a boat for 2 days at the cost of an extra $1000. Kamilla, the owners representative, was very attentive and accommodating. Kamilla left us into the property several hours early and stay several hours late at departure time. However when I asked for a partial refund, 30% , plus or minus and she told us the owner said no way but he would give us a better deal if we wanted to rent next year. Candidly I have no desire to rent from a businessman with no sense of fairness or ethics!

The house is perfectly located between the West Palm Beach Airport, golf courses and restaurants in the Jupiter / West Palm Beach / Boynton Beach / Delray Beach / Boca Raton area. Easy access to I-95 and nearby beaches. The house fit 8 adults comfortably, with ample room to watch games on a large TV, and access to enjoy the Intra Coastal. The pool , hot tub, and outside dining areas made our stay enjoyable and was a great experience. It is a wonderful place and on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house came fully equipped, as well as an outside grill to just be together.

So much space. Lovely pool and hot tub setup. Hostess was magnificent and easy to get ahold of during our stay. Beautiful view of ocean inlet. Fun fishing from the dock. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful property. We all loved the pool and hot tub and the living space was great for us (10 kids and adults). Views are incredible. The master is great and other rooms were comfortable. Would stay again!

This place was superb! We wished we could stay there longer. My grandchildren loved staying in the pool for hours and hours. They also enjoyed kayaking that was provided. The location was good. Everything was positive for us.

This house was a great value for the size and the view was AMAZING! Furniture was a little dated but we had everything we needed and the property was clean, well-kept and well stocked with items in the kitchen as well as bikes, beach stuff and kayaks. In addition, Kamila was quick to answer any question we had. It was a quick drive into DelRay and we loved being so close to both DelRay and Palm Beach. Tons of stuff to do nearby. I'd absolutely recommend this for anyone looking for a big house and a great view.

The house was well suited for our family of 12. It was a little difficult to get kayaks in and out of the water . The house was well stocked for the beach and pool. Kamilla, the property manager was responsive every time we contacted her before and during the trip. Our son is a wheelchair user and she even purchased a shower chair for him to use. Would definitely recommend this property for families to rent.

Property manager met us at check in and indicated that the pool heater had just been turned on. 24 hours later the pool was still not warm enough to swim in. Property manager returned, acknowledged that there was an issue and called pool repair for the next day. Pool repair arrived midway through our third day and suggested the pool temperature be set to highest setting to generate more heat to compensate for the bad heating unit. Finally by that evening the pool was warm enough to swim in. Other issues were general cleanliness of the space upon check in and lack of any extra supplies. One roll of paper towel for 13 people and no dishwasher tabs on premises. Reached out to property manager on final day to request a partial, reasonable credit for 3 days of pool inconvenience and was denied any credit, accused of blackmail and told it our fault that the heater did not work properly.

Spectacular water-front property beautifully maintained and fully equipped. Our family slipped into a state of leisure and bliss - great outdoor living on the terrace - many trips to the terrace - coffee time, wine time, pool time, nap time! Pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend.

Great house for a large group to enjoy cooking, eating, and socializing together. The view is spectacular from the main dining area adding to the ambiance while enjoying breakfast lunch and dinner. The view is the main attraction by the pool and outdoor eating area and bedrooms. The house is well stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and drinkware (plenty of wine and champagne glasses!). If you are new to the area, there are three great wildlife preserves within 30 minutes - Wakodahatchee, Green Cay and Loxahatchee. Dining close by favorites are: Sushi Simon, Bond Street Cafe. For water views and music: Two George's, Banana Boat. The owner is helpful and is easy available to communicate.

We had a great week here with the family. The bedrooms set up was perfect. The ease of getting around the house for my dad (with a walker) was great! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. This home is right on the water and very close to beach, jet ski and boat rental. We rode the bikes every day. Kamilla was awesome and answered any questions we had immediately. She even accommodated a special request that made our trip complete! I would recommend a second trash can as the garbage pick up will not take the trash bags that don’t fit in the can.
