Nestled in Safety Harbor, this charming house for $341 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 3 BR / 2BA Home, Close to Downtown, 3 Houses From The Bay *** EXTRA CARE IS BEING TAKEN TO CLEAN ALL SURFACES BETWEEN GUESTS *** *** NEWLY PAINTED KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM *** *** NEW GRANITE COUNTERTOPS IN KITCHEN *** *** NEW QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS IN BATHROOMS *** CLOSE TO THE BAY & DOWNTOWN SAFETY HARBOR - Relax under the oaks in this park-like setting and enjoy the charm of Safety Harbor. This vacation home is located 3 houses from the bay and within walking distance of the many great restaurants and shops located on or close to Main Street. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY (LIMITED) - There is a small step up to the cement pad from the driveway and a small step down from the cement pad to the front walkway. There is a small step up to the front door. Everything in the house is on one level with enough room to maneuver a wheelchair in all of the living spaces. The master bedroom has wheelchair access. Screened lanai can be accessed by a wheelchair from the cement pad. Please ask owner if you have any additional questions or there are any specific requirements and/or needs. BEACHES - Centrally located to area beaches (12 miles to spectacular Clearwater Beach). AIRPORTS - Centrally located to the two area airports: Tampa International Airport - 15 miles St Pete/Clearwater Airport - 8 miles BUSCH GARDENS - 22 miles TAMPA CONVENTION CENTER - 21 miles CRUISE TERMINAL - 21 miles LONG CENTER (swimming venue) - 5 miles SAFETY HARBOR SPA/FISHING PIER/MARINA/MAIN STREET (3rd FRIDAY STREET FESTIVAL) - Walk 9 short blocks along Tampa Bay to the Safety Harbor Spa, fishing pier, marina and Main Street. With all the wonderful new places to eat, there is now something for everyone. If you happen to be here on the 3rd Friday of the month, you can enjoy Safety Harbor's 3rd Friday outdoor street festival on Main Street with live music at the gazebo and street vendors (food and arts/crafts). PHILLIPPE PARK - Walk 2 short blocks north along Tampa Bay to the south entrance of Phillippe Park (walking, biking, picnic areas, small beach area, boat ramp, Indian burial grounds and Count Phillippe's grave). This roomy vacation home features a large eat in kitchen with seating for 6 (the table can be expanded with additional leaves and there are additional chairs in the living area. The kitchen also has an island cooktop and eat at bar with 4 bar stools. 3 BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6). The master bedroom suite is furnished with a KING bed and has a roomy walk-in closet The master has an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are both furnished with a QUEEN bed and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. 2 BATHROOMS - 2 full bathrooms (master has an ensuite SHOWER/TUB and 2nd bathroom has a WALK-IN SHOWER). LAUNDRY - INDOOR LAUNDRY ROOM with FULL SIZE WASHER and DRYER. PETS (Owner's permission is required) - Well behaved pets are accepted with owner's permission. There is an additional cleaning fee with pet.

Safety Harbor is a wonderful location and this property has it all. It is very comfortable and well furnished. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and Brad was very attentive to our requests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying here.

Perfect for a family group
Sixteen family members traveled to Safety Harbor for a wedding, and 5 stayed at Brad's place. Very spacious and comfy; location couldn't be better! We all highly recommend.

Great home!
This home is in the perfect location! It was very comfortable for our family of four to celebrate Thanksgiving with our extended family. Overall it was clean. The listing does note that dogs are allowed and the home just needed a few plug-ins and a fresh A/C filter to dissipate the dog smell. Brad was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions! We will definitely return!

This lovely home fulfilled all of my expectations and more! Every room was spacious and comfortable. Nature walks along the bay were wonderful! The owner was attentive to my needs and couldn’t have been more hospitable!! I can’t wait to return!

This was our first VRBO experience and it was wonderful! The house had plenty of space, a beautiful open kitchen, and comfortable beds. The location just north of Main Street in Safety Harbor, was ideal - and only 1/2 block from the walking trail on Bayshore with bay views.

Pleasantly Surprised
We were pleasantly surprised to see the house was even bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet, but in close proximity to literally everything. The walking trail next to the bay was only a few steps away and everyone we encountered was so friendly. The house was clean with fresh linens and towels. The host was reliable and responsive. And the cost was very reasonable. Definitely a win!

Everything in this house is perfect except 2 things. The whole house has been upgrade except for the shower. They have very old tiles. The tower given to us look like that has been used 2000 times. I am sure they can afford new towers. Overall, I am satisfied with the house and the price.
