A large open concept living/ dining room features wall to wall glass with a wrap around balcony to enjoy panoramic pool and ocean views. Count the many shades of blue from sky to sea. Dining table seats 8 with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar for casual dining. Living room is spacious and complete with a comfortable sleeper sofa for extra guests, wi-fi router with signal booster to insure 5G wi-fi signal in all rooms. Balcony is over sized and equipped with a BBQ. Smart TV in each bedroom, washer dryer, safe, beach chairs, cooler are a just few of the amenities available in this Ocean front condo. Primary bedroom suite with king bed opens to the wrap around balcony, and private bath w/ jetted tub Guest bedroom suite w queen bed and private bath 2nd Guest bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. 3rd full bathroom for guests. Guests have everything they desire inside and out at this lux condo. Oceania offers 3 Ocean front pools, steps to Eagle beach and the Caribbean sea. Walking distance to restaurants and casinos. The Neighborhood: Oceania Residences is located on Eagle beach in the low rise hotel area. Walking distance to casinos, dining, and beach activity Getting Around: Bus stop in front, taxi readily available, walking distance to restaurants, casino Other Things to Note: Rates are based on 6 guests and exclude local taxes. Holidays require a 7 night minimum stay. Low season & High season require a 5 night minimum stay. Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests. Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations. VRBO reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections. Video and pictures are taken for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner

We had family of 6 adults, plenty of room. The building is across the street from the beach, a great area of the beach with plenty of room, quiet. Condo is well equipped, just read the details on line, they are accurate. Property management were easy to deal with, professional and responsive. I would go here again.

This listing had all we could ask for in a beach retreat. Plenty of room, well appointed kitchen, and steps from Eagle Beach. All questions were promptly answered with no issues. Can't wait to book again!

Everything about this property was absolutely perfect for our group of six — by far the best property we’ve ever rented! Beautiful decor, super clean, lots of natural light, great balcony with grill and ocean view, good price, easy beach access plus A+ management team!

Husband & I, two sons, a wife & a girlfriend (3 adult couples) made the journey. For 4 of us it was a new experience with relaxation & excitement. Aruba offered beautiful beaches, waters, fun excursion tours, wonderful restaurants & food!
The Oceania condo was beautiful, clean & comfortable, all amenities incl. to suit our needs. The balcony view overlooked the pool & wrapped around offering appreciated mid-day shade, friendly helpful staff & property manager, seamless check in & out. Cross the street to beach, walk to shopping, restaurants & activities but peaceful & quiet! Great for family or adult vacation. We are ALL happily anticipating our return trip!

Super clean, bright, large, airy corner unit in Oceania. Comfortable beds, excellent internet, large living spaces....perfect for a family or two couples.

Everything was wonderful!! Very clean and updated decir. Beds were comfortable and loved that we all had a bathroom! All amenities in condo worked well. Location was wonderful too! Would DEFINITELY come back here again!!! All staff was extremely attentive and pleasant.

The photos you see are exactly what you get - a few hundred yards from the beach. All you need are clothes and your toiletries - everything else is provided in the condo. The pools were never busy and this area was perfect for our family.
You are walking distance to many great restaurants and 5 minutes from the high rise area which is very lively. I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to retuning soon!

The layout allowed our family to both spend time together and to comfortably rest. The common area is expansive, with stunning views of the pools and the sea; the master suite is very large and luxurious, completely private; two other bedrooms are in a separate part of the apartment and are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we used it a lot; if you are not in the mood to cook, there are very good restaurants within walking distance. The grill on the balcony is very convenient for quick meal preparation. The supermarket is only a few minutes drive away. The complex itself is meticulously maintained, quiet, with a relaxing atmosphere. The property management is very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed to make our stay as easy and pleasant as possible.
