Location was very good, the reason we chose it. And the flat is in great condition, and clean, with a lovely sea view.

There being only one key, and the access to that involving lots of doors including the big garage door, was a faff. The flat needs a big water jug to take water to the table from the kitchen.

Bright, cheerful rooms. Well equipped and nicely decorated flat spread over two floors. Great all round views from the sitting room/kitchen Great location a short walk to the beach and High Street. Kids loved the bunk beds. Secure parking space Very peaceful neighbourhood. Little noise from other flats or traffic.

A few very minor gripes: Some more cleaning materials would have been helpful (bin bags, cleaning cloths, sponge for washing up) Dripping tap in the sink which I see others have reported. The flat is up a flew flights of stairs and there is no lift, no problem for us but might be a problem for some.

Obviously the view, outstanding! Very nicely maintained building with good security. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really but the kitchen tap was wobbly and dripped all the time.

Location good and accessible to beach, high street, cafes, restaurants.

Accessing garage with the car took a while, and finding location of door keys inside the garage wasn’t clear. Instructions for closing the garage door and finding house keys need to be made more clearer. It wasn’t clear about dustbins, whether they were communal or individual. Inside the apartment was lovely, warm and cosy, and beds were comfortable, but sofas could have done with a clean. Lovely views from windows. Oven trays need replacing as well as a frying pan, which we could not use. Instructions for dishwasher and washing machine were unavailable so it was guess work! I think if these few things could be rectified, we would definitely return.

poor plumbing — dripping taps and shower temperature impossible to control… pillows hard and parking space tight for a large vehicle.. we were ok as we have a mini 🙂

Very good situation and garage a plus. Lovely views from the lounge.

There were more stairs than we expected , 39 before we got into the apartment. Our advice would be not to take any heavy luggage! Thicker duvets would-be a good idea for autumn and winter guests.
