This was our second stay at @109 and we will be back again!

The location is perfect and the house is so comfortable and well appointed. Absolutely every detail has been taken care of!

Wonderfully renovated home, great location, thoughtful host.

The host was so thoughtful, she had thought of everything. Stocked fridge, stocked pantry, stocked bathroom (shampoos, conditioners, soaps, shower caps, sanitiser everywhere, local chocolates and wine on arrival). We were very impressed. The house and host exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful property fully self contained.

An amazing property, renovated beautifully with views of the mountains while being walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Loved the yummy breakfast items like fresh OJ, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, milks, bread, butter, jams and cupboard filled with everything you would need including condiments. Thank you for the special surprises which were so lovely and appreciate. Record player with so many different records to suit all tastes for a fun night in! Can't wait to come back again and visit Oxenberry Farm as it sounds amazing, we just ran out of time as my sister had organised our days just before arriving. Pia is so thoughtful with all the little extra touches throughout the house in every room, so thank you again! Great location if you're wanting to stay in McLaren Vale, we were so glad we picked this property.

Everything about the home was fabulous. Pia has an amazing sense of style. We had everything we needed and more. It was spotless and incredibly inviting. So warm and homey. Everything was perfect. We will make this our base every time we want to visit the Vale.

Would definitely stay again.

The property exceeded expectations. The fridge was stocked with wonderful breakfast items. Nothing was left to chance. Little touches made the house homely. Fluffy towels, comfy bed, beautiful garden. We had a ball with the record player! Close to all amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Loved every aspect! Great air bnb.

Great location, house had everything we needed. Spacious! Weather was beautiful so was able to soak up the sun in many of the sitting areas. Would recommend for a group/family.

Lovely house, so many little touches to make it homely

So many little touches like the record player, nice toiletries, blankets, and lots of provisions in the fridge and pantry... Handy to have a dishwasher too.

Relaxing get away located so close to some amazing places within the McLaren Vale.

The inside of the house was amazing. I had a bath while waiting for my friend to arrive and it was so relaxing! Loved the candles around the house. Kitchen had everything. Location amazing. When our taxi didn't show we were able to walk to dinner we had booked. Bird wild life was lovely. We would love to go back when its not so wet to enjoy outside.

These are not massive issues but suggestions. It was so rainy we didnt get to enjoy the outside area as it was completely wet. The driveway became very muddy and car tires were sliding in the mud. We could not work out how to start the oven - maybe place this within the information guide. Because it was so rainy we could not use the BBQ so another frying pan would have been handy to cook eggs while cooking bacon, mushroom and tomatoes.

To find a B&B that achieves a very high standard in the heart of McClaren Vale was a very good find.

Exceptional property. Owner goes well and above what is expected from a B&B in terms of breakfast and other provisions. Location, comfort and facilities are perfect. Have booked this property twice before and will do again.

Absolutely beautiful!

Loved all the special touches, the gorgeous glasses, tea cups the decor the decorating style. Everything was so lovely and clean. The records, games and other extras really added to how special the stay was.

It was a little bit open out the back and quite noisy at night due to the main Rd however, this did not dampen our stay we absolutely loved it.

Amazing! Would reccomend to anyone wanting to experience McLaren Vale!

Beautifully and thoughtfully renovated home, in the perfect location on Main Road for access to all McLaren Vale has to offer. Wonderful and kind hosts. Breakfast supplies were delicious & well provisioned. I wouldn't reccomend anyone stay anywhere else! 11/10.
