About this house rental
Nestled in Bradenton, this lovely house for $1,046 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. We completely remodeled this awesome Palma Sola Getaway (PSG) house with all the important amenities for your vacation. With 3 master suites and 3 large bedrooms with bunk beds, the Palma Sola Getaway will suit smaller groups that like a wide open, large and luxurious space, or a big extended family getaway. PSG has 14 beds, and we can hold 20 guests depending on sleeping configuration! We have an amazing outside heated pool and spa, complete with a bar and 2 outside TV's. If you are there for the water, we have private water access right across the street for kayaks and paddleboards that we provide. ( Please note this pathway has planking, but it can be wet or even under an inch or two of water after heavy rains and very high tides. Its not recommended for anyone with balance or mobility issues). PSG is a mere 5-7 minutes away from the amazing Gulf beaches on Anna Maria Island, and 1 mile from a very nice tidal beach on Palma Sola Bay that would be great for toddlers. Our location couldn't be better no matter what your preference for food. Countless restaurants within a few minutes drive, and 2 grocery stores within 1.5 miles if you're staying in. For the fisherman, some of the best fishing around is right in front of our private Palma Sola Bay access. Locals and charter guides are there almost daily. Redfish, Sea Trout, Snook and Sheepshead patrol the shallows constantly. Ladyfish are very plentiful. Not a good eating fish, but they are good fighters on light/medium tackle. We have plenty of poles and basic tackle. Bait shops are near by. There are also 3 public access fishing spots within walking distance. For the golfers...Bradenton, Sarasota, and nearby Lakewood Ranch have plenty of excellent courses. You won't have to drive more that 40 minutes to get all the golf you can handle. For those traveling with small children we have you taken care of as well. Our largest bedroom we call our "family suite". Within it, not only do we have crib/ toddler bed, but there is a connected mini-bedroom with twin bunk beds. This house was great. Kitchen was big enough to have everyone eat at the same time sitting down and plenty of room to cook for 17! The boys loved the games and pool. Close proximity to the beach. Overall great house!

This house is nice for a large group. Has a very large kitchen and plenty of seating. There are 2 sets of metal curvy steps inside. Not good for elderly. Close to AMI.
House could use some more outdoor furniture around outside bar area.

Look no further as this place has everything you can imagine you might desire--kayaks, paddleboards, fishing poles, boogie boards, 7 bikes, shuffleboard (huge hit!), cornhole, excellent swimming pool (if a bit warm), hot tub, billiards, great spaces for hanging out. This was a mini family reunion. We had 13 of us ranging from teenage and 20’s grandkids to adults and grandparents. Space for everyone and tons of amenities! We had a blast! Loved the pool, hot tub, game room and all the porches!!Very clean and close to everything! Loved our stay!! The beaches were beautiful as well!

We loved the roominess of this place. There was a sleeping area for each family. Brought my 93 year old mother and she enjoyed the hot tub, but a bit too many stairs for her. My grandchildren loved the pool and the hot tub. They wanted to stay in the pool instead of going to the beach.

We loved our stay here! The walk to the water was great and the pool and everything included in the house was amazing. We loved making large breakfasts in the mornings and then wasting the day away by the pool or at the nearby beaches. Using the provided towels and toiletries was very convenient. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful property in Bradenton. The house certainly accommodated our 17 family members well from multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to the clean and lovely pool and spa, which we spent a lot of time enjoying that. Great location to multiple beaches, our favorite being Mannatee Beach, about a 15 minute drive from the home. Nice dining nearby but honestly we a large family we only went out a few times. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pans , silverware and glasses. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

Tons of space, well stocked kitchen, great amenities. Owner very responsive. Only thing to note is the indoor staircase between floors is a spiral staircase, may be harder for the older folks.

Our family stayed here the week before Christmas. Ages ranged from 17-86 years old. The large dining area, hot tub, playroom and ping pong table kept us busy since the weather wasn't great. We had a couple minor things that were dealt with right away. As other reviewers mentioned, there are spiral staircases, so older people have to be comfortable going up and down them.
All the bedrooms were spacious and the the multi-climate controls throughout the house were nice since we all aren't cold like the grandparents. :) The laundry room was great and we took advantage of the towels they provided. It was nice not to travel with those. They also provide "starter" amenities like toilet paper and paper towels, so that was a nice perk as well. There was also a Christmas tree up so that was extra special!

We had a family gathering of ages ranging from 17 -64 and found this home to satisfy all. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for making a Thanksgiving feast. The pool and game room was a great gathering spot to relax and reaquaint. I needed to contact the host while we were there and had a quick response. Super spot I would highly recommend for a large group looking for activites and quiet spots to recharge.

This property is exactly as described in the listing. We found it immaculate with fun, beachy décor in a lovely, very quiet area. The house is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, drinkware, barware, pots & pans, kitchen appliances, lush bathroom towels, plenty of pool towels and outside toys. The kitchen is a great place for multiple cooks and big family meals. The pool, spa, outside bar, grill area is beautiful and well maintained. Everything is in working order. The hosts were immediately available for questions and assistance. All enjoyed our fun and relaxing stay at this lovely home!

We had a great time at this house! We had a large group with ages ranging from 60 to 1. There was something for everyone. We spent a lot more time at the house than we planned because we enjoyed it so much. It is close to restaurants, stores, and beaches though if you want to venture out.

Amazing trip- the house is more than you can put in a review. Everything you need they’ve thought of. Very responsive hosts. Pool and bar area is perfect for families- we spent hours there daily. Close to everything in town as well! Definitely recommend and I hope to be back.

Perfect for large families
We had a great experience at this home! We had 3 families stay and all of us had enough space for alone time and time together. Be prepared for the drive to the beach, but as long as you are prepared its a great spot! It is supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen has a ton of spices so you are all set there as well. Two washing machines and dryers as well so you can do laundry! The noise machine by the pool is a little sensitive in my opinion. Just be considerate and you’ll be fine. We would stay again for sure.

It was the vacation with our kids and grand kids we've dreamt of. No stress nor drama from our family or any of the neighbors. There is so much to do entertainment wise we only left a couple times. Even the girls spent very little time at the beach. It's so self contained if you want that and that's exactly what we were looking for. Previous guests paid some things forward as did we. I caught fish although it wasn't high on my agenda versus a quiet comfortable several with my family spending time together. It's a really nice place you want to take care of while you're there. If an Animal House party thing is what you're looking for I would recommend looking somewhere else more touristy.

Amazing home and location!
This house has it all! We stayed with our children and grandchildren and everyone loved it. More than enough room and lots of extra touches to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the pool area and used the kayaks and paddle boards many times. Saw dolphins and manatees while out paddle boarding and our guys fought several fish from the kayaks and at the dock. A vacation to remember. We can’t wait to come back!
