This spacious mobile home is located on Coral Drive in the award-winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. It offers plenty of room for the family, including 2 living areas, covered porch and sits on a large corner lot. House Highlights: Spacious, split floorplan WiFi and Extended cable package King bedroom #1 with tv and adjacent bathroom King #2 & twin with trundle are bedrooms on opposite side of house with tvs and shared bathroom 2 living rooms (one with memory foam sleeper sofa) Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher Full table & countertop dining options Stack washer and dryer Covered porch with seating and dining table Ample parking Gas grill Items To Note: This rental includes complimentary use of golf cart. All operators must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license. Other rules & conditions apply. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee. Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. There is parking for 3 vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies). Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received. House Rules: Rates and fees are non-negotiable. Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period. MAXIMUM occupancy is 8. No smoking/vaping in the house. No pets allowed. Melissa’s place was in a great location very short drive to the beach and water park with golf cart that was provided with the house and only about 7 minute walk to ocean the kids enjoy walking to beach in Stead of riding golf cart . Melissa and her husband was very friendly and quick to answer any questions, we had a issue with the grill I called Melissa her husband brought us a new one the next day .

Whomever is their cleaning company needs to be checked upon. There was areas from the front yard, porch and every room in the house that needed attention. Maybe I don't understand the cleaning fee everyone has to pay but this house was not cleaned the way it should have been. It was very disappointing since we had stayed there last year before the remodeling and things was cleaner.

Wonderful week - loved the location and all the parking area, house was clean and spacious - and enjoyed the porch. Would love for the middle room to have had bunk beds - the trundle bed cramped the room when you put suitcases in there and pulled out the bottom bed.

THE BEST PLACE FOR A VACATION
We truly enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space plenty of bedroom space and bathroom space. The shower head messed up on our last day there we texted 1 time and it was fixed in 20 minutes. We really enjoyed this place.

House was clean with a nice front yard, kitchen and front porch with a door that was very helpful with toddlers. We had an issue with the ac when we got there but the owners took care of it. They were easy to get in touch with any time we needed them.

With the group I had, I couldn't ask for a better fit for our needs. More than enough room throughout the entire house. GREAT location with plenty of parking. Only had one issue with the golf cart and the owner quickly responded and had it fixed. Would definitely stay here again.

A rating for the 3 day stay. The location, atmosphere and neighborhood were great for all… The only issue would be a small pest issue that surely will be resolved once reported…Gratitude

It was nicely located close to everything without being right in the line of traffic. My kids loved the golf cart and porch. Having two toddlers it was nice that the porch had a gate with a lock so they could come in and out of the house. Only negatives I would mention is that the TVs/cable was a little tricky coming in but no biggie, just took some finagling lol. Water pressure was amazing in both bathrooms and the grill was a nice touch while we all sat outside in the covered porch. There was plenty of room for all. Would recommend for families and would reserve again.

We stay at ocean lakes every summer. We always rent from VRBO because it's safest. This house was nice. The cleaning people only clean the surface as there was food and items under the pull out sofa and behind the dressers. My biggest concern when renting the house, after seeing the photos with fans in each room, was there air conditioning. Which there is BUT you'll need the fans as well as the dehumidifier that is available in the living room. It is very humid in the house. The porch was a very nice thing to have and the location is excellent. Directly on coral which is nice. Short distance from everything. We had 4 adults and 4 children and were very comfortable as far as sleeping goes. Plenty of front yard space. When we arrived, we did look for the golf cart and didn't find it. I contacted the property manager and she said it was getting serviced but if I wanted to rent one, she would reimburse me which she did before we left. All in all, we had fun and the house was nice. We saw no bugs inside but there are a ton on the porch. Also the pots, pans and silverware are all very old abs outdated but there is a keurog machine!

We had our grand kids with us and we had a wonderful time. The house was perfect, the location was perfect, and everything at the campground was terrific. We had so much fun at the beach and the water park that I cannot thank you enough. We hope to come back in a year or two and I plan on checking with you for this property again. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Kitchen floor dirty with dried on food when arrived, had to clean up.
Air condition not good , was 79 degrees everyday even after we changed the filter that was completely clogged and I used KING pillows to block sun in windows , there are no ceiling fans. We kept the lights off and windows blocked with pillows to try to help with reducing the heat. It was mostly cloudy when we were there and I would hate to imagine how HOT it would be there in sunny JULY/ AUGUST temperatures. The gas grill has been used with charcoal and is no good for gas grilling now AND not safe if used on the deck. We ended up BUYING a grill because we definitely didn’t want to cook inside creating more heat. Thank goodness there are 2 fans but it’s still too hot. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that has obviously been there a while because the cabinet is rottening underneath. There was a WET , not damp , towel in the kitchen drawer. The washing machine sounds like a jet is about to crash into the house. There was no outside spigot to rinse off before entering or to wash sand from golf cart which explains why the golf cart was full of sand. There was chips and other snack food crumbs under the cushions when we opened the sleeper sofas. I tried to vacuum and the vacuum cleaner smelled like vomit. Thank goodness I had Lysol spray. The place is in dire need of a thorough cleaning and maintenance. The light over the sink fell down on one side due to a screw that came out of the cabinet. We were very disappointed in the conditions here. I don’t get pleasure in writing a bad review but people should be warned as I wish I had been.

1. Carolina Bugs were horrible.
2. Dried food and chips on the pullout couch bed.
3. Could not get golf-cart to charge - plug-in kept tripping in the building.
4. A/C froze over for two days- thankfully it was cool outside
5. Washing machine left black marks all over my friends clothes- they were ruined.
Not impressed with this listing at all. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Very Pleased

We were there for a cheer competition.
We really enjoyed ourselves. We were here for a national cheer competition. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to come back.
