Basic hotel in a good location, friendly and accommodating staff

Good location, friendly staff, very accommodating. I needed to stay in district 5 and this was a good option.

It’s an hourly rate hotel. I can only review the room I stayed in, which was old, with very basic and damaged furniture. Unfortunately it also wasn’t very clean, with hair from previous occupants and stains on the bed sheets. Unfortunately the thin walls cannot block out the sounds from the noisy hallway (at all times) and room next door. According to the pictures, other rooms might be significantly better.

It’s a old one, near An đông market, Chinese restaurants and easy to access public transportation.

Too crowded and noisy not cleaned location, GPS didn’t point right location

The short of staff, no information about their services at the time check in.. the refrigerator is the room doesn’t work.

Overpriced and disappointing

Convenient location for exploring Cho Lon.

We stayed in an expensive family room with three beds, but it wasn't worth the money. The room has no outside window and feels claustrophobic. The airconditioning is old and doesn't work well. Something was leaking in the bathroom, so the floor got soaked. Maybe some of the other rooms are newer and in better state, but I don't recommend this one.

Our stay experience is a hella surprise !!!

Standard room with windows. Bathroom has a bath tub . Room located near the end of the hall way which mean less trafic noise. 24 hours front desk. Hotel pro rated by hour ( up to 3 hours ) for late check out. Plenty of street food vendors near the hotel. This hotel is barely worth as 2 stars hotel. I don't know how it was appears as 3 stars hotel on Booking.com

Bed lamps too dim to use for reading. We booked for 4 days stayed. On the second day, hotel housekeeper informed us there were no room make up for the rest of our stay due to shortness of staff. However, if we need toiletries refilled or changed towels, receptionist at the front desk would provided it for us. The hotel only have one elevator!! On the last day of our stay, in the morning the elevator broke down, we were up on the fifth floor and had to use stair well until elevator got fixed, then by noon time, Wifi router went down for 3 hours. This room ( 557 ) has limited power outlet by the working desk. Strongly advice to bring along a portable multi outlets like we did.

Very good

The essential elemetents to have a good stay for many days were satisfying: - comfortable bed - good shower - daily cleaning and change of towels I also enjoyed: 24h reception complementary bottle of water safe to store valuable item position close to varius bus stops and places to eat complementary toilet items and slippers possibility to extend check-out time (by hourly fee)

A column of ants constantly marching along a wall. However they were very small and didn't invade the bed, as long as one is careful not to leave residual food around. Scarse acoustic isolation. Disturbet sometimes by hearing other guests speaking loudly or being noisy during sleeping hours. The street, while it's very quiet in the night, starts to be noisy at around 6.30, Difficult to talk in English with the staff.

Great value for money

Beds very comfortable and staff friendly and eager to help. Laundry service was also cheapest we’ve found in Vietnam (over 1 month). The acs great and the bath is a big plus.
