1000% Recommend this hidden treasure

What an absolute gem! Fabulous little room, exceptionally clean, private, great facilities, comfy bed, luxury pillows, tranquil and quiet (unless ya take a spoilt dog who can't be trusted not to hop on the bed but certainly wont take being tied up quietly,. there's always that one guy! 🤦‍♀️ sorry Kaz!) There is a reserve/playpark directly accessible and besides just being convenient ... has incredible views and a breathtaking old tree you just have to see!! The facilities are a touch above, especially alongside the price... we stay many places and its not too often we find traditional humble kiwi prices... It adds something extra in itself. Admirable in the current economic climate. Appreciated immensely. We loved it all, Mr loved the shower, I loved the glassware 👌😂💚

Didn't like that my dog was such a crybaby while we were out watching our girl become a NZ Champion so it felt tense upon returning. But those are feelings, facts don't care for feeling and fact is; 1000% recommend Bungalow on Bell Common Apologies for the disturbance Kaz!

Great stay in a comfortable and quiet apartment

I loved my stay here. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet and Kas was a great host - very friendly and welcoming. Convenient central location.

We were on a roadie around tip of North Island and had 2 nights in Tauranga. Accomodation was ideal

Location was ideal. Setting was very quiet. Public reserve next door with fabulous views and a stunning Banyan Tree Freeway a few minutes drive. Great shower and good kitchen facilities. Definitely would stay again. Mount Maunganui Beach photos only 10 minutes drive and a photo of the Banyan Tree.

Home Away from Home

You can feel the peace and tranquillity of the accommodation, residence, and surroundings instantly. Perfect to have an extended stay in. Laundromat close by, local Irish pub and corner store. Beautiful walks around the surroundings.

Would have been fine if things had been as advertised

The accommodation had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to park the car undercover right by the door.

Bedside tables would have been handy, but the main complaints were regarding what we expected given the information on the booking site. Pet friendly, but no fencing. The photo of the garden view is no longer applicable as there is now a tall ivy hedge two metres from the door. Worst though, the advertised washing machine, handy after a few days on the road, was actually down the road and around the corner at the laundromat.

Fantastic location, lovely and quiet area. Stayed with a small child so the playground and park next door was a real bonus. The cottage is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Amazing cosy little apartment with everything in it that you could need for the stay. We loved staying in it and Kaz was so friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money and very central for getting into Tauranga city and also Mount Maunganui.

The bed was so comfortable! I left some items and the host helpfully left then out for me to collect.

I didn't get any keys and left it unlocked. It was kind of a pain to have to muck around doing a bank transfer when I was in a hurry rather than just paywave or eftpos. The parking is a little difficult.

great to be able to exercise my puppy at the adjoining park. Lovely shower and very clean. also good to be able to park at front door

Bed seemed very old and would of loved a clean towel on the second day!

I would happily stay there again.

Kaz was very friendly and helpful. Place was nice and tidy and clean.

It was a little bit out of the way, but at least that made for a quiet night!
