It was a very attractive hotel and our superior room was amazing with the best view. Room service was excellent and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool areas were lovely.
A couple of staff were uninterested and our aircon never worked but fortunately we were fine with the ceiling fan in October. Breakfast was adequate but could have been better. The spa looked tired so we went elsewhere.

200 stair steps from bedroom to waterside bathing platforms!
Food very average and waiting staff not very professional. would bring out main course whilst still eating the starters course.

Breakfast very basic but would always cook whichever egg you wanted
The room we originally booked - the Mediterranean terrace room was a disgrace and shouldn’t even be marketed to rent looked like it hadn’t been touched in 30 years . Fawlty towers !! Luckily they were able to swap us to a better room with a free upgrade . But that was meant to have been one of there too rooms but it was awful so be aware !! We were leucky but it could have been a disaster

This is not just a hotel, it is a small blooming city on a mountain with stunning sea views. Every corner of it is a whole location for a photo. The garden is so beautiful that we couldn't stop taking pictures.
Parking outside the hotel, on the mountain. You can drive up to your building, but the keys must be returned at the reception and your car will be taken to the parking lot.
The hotel does not have its own beach, but this is absolutely not a minus, because many sun loungers are located near the sea on small concrete platforms. A pontoon floats in the sea at depth, it is very fun to jump into the water from it. The sea is crystal clear, fish are swimming at the depth.
Feels like the room is very old. The cabinet is difficult to open, the air conditioner is very noisy, which is impossible to use at night. The floor was so dusty that the feet instantly became dirty.
There is a large window to the toilet from the room, it is closed with wooden shutters that shine through and you can see and hear everything, not suitable for those who are too shy.
The hotel is located on the side of a mountain and the entire area consists of stairs. you will have to overcome many steps to go down to the pool, or to the sea and return to your room. This is definitely not suitable for people with health problems.
The breakfast is not too big. My husband didn't have enough food and the waiters are reluctant to give more.
There are no shops or cafes nearby. Only the territory of the hotel.
