The hotel was nice but there’s space for improvement

I like how spacious was my room and how comfortable it was!

it has a very good potential but the services need to be improved! The breakfast was not what I was excepting! A plate with few stuffs was left somewhere in the restaurant and no one was there to welcome the guests ! there was no voice for breakfast and no fresh fruits or vegetables! I had to change rooms as the water in the bathroom was running yellow and also the second room that I was moved to the water was also bad! The bath tub was not clean and I had to clean it myself so for this reasons me and my family were very careful about using the water there! the mini bar was also different in the two rooms but overall I did like the place! Might visit again

Nice enough place to stay a night in the center of Sofia.

The breakfast was quite good, typical Bulgarian hotel fare. There was a little confusion: I had imagined that breakfast was included in the price, but found out that I had to pay separately for it. That was easily remedied, though.

Although the bathroom had a large tub with a shower head on it, there was no curtain to keep the water from spraying everywhere during a shower. Also, the was a slight leak from the radiator in the bathroom.

was ok. parking is not guarantied. be careful

i always stay there because of the parking.

i booked around a week before asking for parking snce this is the nly reason i stay there. this time the parking was full. no assistance, nithing. i guess they do not care much about that. that is fine but at least write on booking that tha parking is not guarantied. i contacted them on the day i did the booking asking fir parking spot. the answer was they will do there best. so here i cme around 17:00 uhr. the answer is they cannot guarantie a parking spot. was it so hard to tell me this on the day of the booking so i could have reserve a place with guarantied parking? guess yes? the hotel otherwise is fine. but i wont step there anymore.

Great layover.

I was there only for a layover, so in that sense I cannot add much. But the staff was friendly, the location was for my purpose perfect and it has it's own parking. It is a real hotel without frills, but that is what I like. It is also great value for money.

The breakfast was good. It has free parking on the property. The location is good.

It was not very clean, and also that there was too much noise during our stay there and we had to woke up early in the morning because of that.

Superb

Exactly what we wanted. A clean room, good beds and a bath tub. Was just for a night on our way to rila lakes. When we get back we will have another night! Ohh bonus points, enough parking space in an area that’s closed during the night. Safety above all

Basic accomodation, good breakfast and parking facilities

Breakfast was very good with variety of foods, staff helpful, ideally located for student quarter and for Tokuda hospital, also good parking facilities

Room was dirty in places with some stains on curtains and carpet plus dust round edges of room , bath was also rusty in places and bathroom ceiling needed re decorating

Good location and parking

There was spots on the bed cover and skirt, suggesting the rooms are given hourly. The water in the bathroom was yellow I'm guessing from rusty pipes.
