Situated in Berridale, this charming house for $418 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Berridale Cottage. Set amongst 151 acres of beautiful snowy mountains land is our property in Berridale. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, SpaceX's Starlink internet, netflix, EV charging, dog friendly and more. Bedroom 1 greets you with luxurious sheriden sheets on a large king size bed. Gorgeous views of the valley and a walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is setup with 2 bunk beds. The first is a single over double size bed. The second is a single set of bunks. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and gorgeous views of the valley. 2 Showers, 2 toilets and 1 bathtub. A traditional cottage, built with red cedar and brick. A stunning fireplace greets you in the main living area, perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and a dishwasher to clean it all up. We don't have a traditional oven however there is a microwave convection oven. The dining table will comfortably sit 8 and a highchair is available. 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets and 1 bathtub - Berridale Cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Snowy Mountains. Gorgeous views of the countryside with sunrises that will take your breath away in the morning and spectacular views of the stars at night. Access to the property is via dirt road. We will send you the exact location of the driveway upon booking. We have an EO mini electric vehicle charger in the garage with a type 2 to type 2 cable available. If your car requires a different plug, please BYO. Please let us know if you use the charger (just for our own curiosity, thanks) We are pet friendly, located next to the house is a enclosed area suitable for dogs. Dogs of all sizes are welcome and will enjoy the outdoor area which has both sunny and shaded spaces. Please note, the entire property is not fenced, we recommend taking your pet out on a lead. We have one extra large dog bed available for use as well as 2 food/water bowls. There is also leads available. Dogs are welcome inside, we just ask that you please keep them off the furniture. A high chair and portacot are available if required and there is plenty of space in the master bedroom for the portacot to be setup. Babies using the portacot are welcome in addition to the 8 person occupancy. Berridale is located centrally between Cooma and Jindabyne. From our property its 35min each way to both. Just on an hour to Perisher or Thredbo. Our property is extensive and walking the property is an enjoyment even for novice walkers. We have 5 dams on the property, in summer 2 are especially good for swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. We have 1 two person kayak available for use.

We had such an incredible stay, the house and the property were just fabulous and kirsty and martin go above and beyond as property managers the house and property were just fabulous for a family getaway (fur babies included) and in such a great location - we will be back!

I booked this house over a year ago for my partner & I, my two sons & their wives to spend some valuable time together & visit the snow. Everything was wonderful, the house had everything we needed & more, we all thoroughly enjoyed our time there in every way, thankyou so much to the wonderful owners/hosts. I would highly recommend here & we are already talking about going back. AAA Just wonderful!

The house is so lovely both comfortable and stylish. The views at the front of the house are beautiful and we enjoyed visits from the wildlife including wallabies, rosellas, and lizards. The dogs enjoyed walking the property but need to be careful about grass seeds. The Christmas tree was a real bonus too! It was the perfect relaxing stay. Would highly recommend.

We have spent wonderful 2 nights in this property. We did a day trip to Thredbo which is 1 hr drive from the cottage. The cottage was clean and tidy. Fitted with modern technology. We loved the surrounding ,wild life and walking down the tracks.

Our family, including 2 dogs had a lovely stay at the Berridale cottage. The first trip down the long driveway to see the beautiful cottage in the bush was amazing. We explored the property but not as much as we hoped as it rained a bit during our stay, awesome thunderstorm! Great spot to get away from it all 🙂

Finding somewhere that gave our family the chance to step away from daily responsibilities was most welcome. Exploring the property was welcome for our grandchildren who miss having a large backyard. This gave endless space, and even their dog seemed to wear herself out running around the yard. We enjoyed seeing our family and the environment made that extra special. Thank you for this welcome break.

Just perfect!

Just perfect!

We booked the property for a group training weekend and it was perfect. The house itself is lovely, with cosy fireplace and lots of room for our group. The beds were comfortable, with quality bedding, and the bathroom was huge! The house was clean and well set up with big tables inside and out, a bbq and pizza oven. The acreage was great for us and the dogs to explore. Martin and Kristy responded quickly and patiently to my many questions. We are looking forward to coming back again.
