Clean, new Reno and close to everything all walking distance.

The queen bed was basically a mattress on the floor (Japanese Style) and shower door didn’t close properly.

The location, the air-con and it has a fully equipped kitchen.

The sensor light in the bathroom, it would not turn off at night, electrician made it worse, it would not turn off at all. Bed mattress extremely hard, gave me a sore back. Not told about no Wi-if until I asked. Given a portable the 2nd day.

The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable but to low. it was difficult to get in and out of the bed.

Instructions …..who would know to get of couch,stand turn around to use remote for tv.placed behind seating. Plunged into darkness in bathroom after 30 seconds. Electrician fixed. Who has a timer on bathroom?… Could not turn stove on…..no instructions.

The property is in a great location! Walking distance to everything you need- beach, carnival, shops and activities.

I didn’t like that the TV had no reception- could not watch TV at all. No dryer in apartment- unable to dry clothes when raining- for the amount of money you pay for the property you should be able to wash and dry your clothing. The bathroom light sensor! This is an accident waiting to happen. You could be in the shower, on the toilet or SHAVING your face in the basin and the lights will turn off every minute! Yes every minute and you are left in complete darkness until you jump around to get the light to turn back on- not the best situation when you have a razor to your face! I get saving money but 1 minute is way too extreme.

New clean spacious renovated unit perfect location plenty of cleaning products & appliances to keep the unit clean & tidy during the stay

Not having a dryer or clothes airer to dry clothes so I bought one but not sunny enough to dry clothes (during winter) and the shower screen leaked
