Pirate's Booty, located in the picturesque town of Ocean Isle Beach, is a beautiful Oceanfront home that has been recently updated and 2021 will bring additional updates including some fresh interior and exterior paint, new roof, pool decking, updated furniture throughout including new master suite furniture and new beach-themed furnishings, to name a few. All this home needs now is you! The main level features an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and dining room offering lots of windows to let in an abundance of natural light and breathtaking views of the ocean. The newly fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large center island with additional seating and new countertops and lighting. The kitchen amenities include a blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, and mixer. Also on this level are two bedrooms furnished with two queen beds in one and two full beds in the other. Upstairs you will find the tastefully re-decorated master suite which has a king bed and offers gorgeous ocean views from the sliding glass door as well as access to the upper deck with new deck furniture. The street-side bedrooms include one room with a queen bed and another featuring 2 sets of bunk beds, full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top- perfect for kids! The oceanside of the house offers expansive multi-level decking for lounging, dining and catching that breathtaking sunrise and sunset! Your own private walkway takes you directly to the beach for hours of fun in the sun. This home is equipped with plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys so make sure to grab them from the storage unit on your way down there! After you've had your fill of the beach, head back up to the house to enjoy your own private pool! There's more than enough deck space for soaking up the sun in one of the many lounge chairs and nothing beats a cool dip to help you relax. Convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before entering the pool or house. With its white sand beaches and blue Atlantic waters, Ocean Isle is the perfect vacation destination! Named one of “10 Incredible Phenomena You Have to See in Fall” by Weather dot com, beginning in late fall, the east-west orientation of the Brunswick Islands means that you can sit on the beach and watch both the sunrise and sunset over the ocean without having to move your beach chair! PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old. NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable) Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. *Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking* Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool. The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers. *Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS* In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. **In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)** We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin. We had the best time. The house was perfect for us, our children and grandchildren! The house was clean and well stocked. The management was very responsive responding to our questions within minutes. It truly was like being home but with the ocean in our backyard. Beautiful beach! Only one extremely minor hiccup - could use a new can opener. 🤗

We are a group of over 60s women. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very clean. There were a couple of nice Trex rockers on the porch and fabulous beach chairs available. The pool was clean and so was most of the house. It appeared that some grungy pirates had been hanging out here before us, though. There was a shower curtain liner that was beyond cleaning, so we threw it out. The upholstery on the inside and outside furniture was noticeably dirty, too many pirates using it, I guess. We visited at the end of the season, so I imagine everything will be cleaned and Pirates Booty will be ship shape soon, if it isn’t already. Ahoy!

Property was nice. Clean and good location, Rob, the property manager was very responsive to any questions. Property didn’t have as many amenities as some of the other homes we have stayed at in OIB. No games, and a little short on some kitchen amenities, but otherwise, it was good.

Master and one other br mattress were terrible.
Grill was filthy, we cleaned it. Other grill had a coat hanger for a handle. LR furniture dirty. Need more silverware, we cleaned the oven. The layout was great, we liked the pool and closeness to the beach.

When you open the door and step into this place, it takes your breath away. It is really that pretty. Everything is new and updated, and there are things there to make your stay more comfortable, even little items like a garlic press, or tons of great skillets. Wonderful view, plenty of seating and open spaces… And the pool was a nice touch… I believe it was heated. The ocean is very close by, and there are two levels of balconies, one for kids and family, and one on the upper level for a more private viewing of the ocean. The only complaint that I have is there was a slight misunderstanding with some of our belongings when we arrived in the inspection crew accidentally picked them up and took them. But the host was kind enough to replace some of our bath towels, and had them sent over right away. also, the banister to the upper bedrooms is a little wobbly, and one of the spokes kept popping out, but maintenance came over immediately to fix it, but I believe it needs a little bit more attention. Also, it would be nice if there were rugs in the master bathroom, the shower doors are glass and the floors are slick when wet and it was sometimes tough to maneuver safely.
Really these are very minor things, the host always responded quickly to any question that I had, even on Mother’s Day! And I cannot express enough how absolutely beautiful this place is in person. The pictures don’t do it justice.

We had a great stay at the house! Beautiful views and the heated pool was the perfect addition to a relaxing vacation. All of the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. So nice to take a stroll on the beach at any time of day. The property managers were very accommodating and answered us right away when we needed bath mats. We will definitely be back!

Had a great time at this house. It was clean and the views were awesome. It's great watching the sun come up sipping a cup of coffee listening to the waves rolling in, and then in the evening watching the sun go down. Very relaxing!

We stayed here with our family (5 adults + a toddler) in October and really enjoyed the convenience of the house right on the beach! The pool was a nice option as well.
There was plenty of space for all and loved the view off the back of the house to watch sunsets/sunrises. The shower in the master bedroom was wonderful, and newly updated.
It did lack some amenities like beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs that we thought would come with the beach rental, but otherwise a great house!! We would come back again and stay here.

Our overall experience with the property was great! The pool was very convenient for the small kids and the beach was just a short walk away. Some of the house beach gear (chairs and umbrella) were not in good shape but we brought our own.

Beautiful property with plenty of room
My family of 8 adults and 3 young kids thoroughly enjoyed this property. It had plenty of rooms for each couple and kids to sleep comfortably and the large living room had plenty of seating. We were grateful for the many towels and bed linens as we discovered that is no longer standard practice in vacation rentals. The best part was the easy access to the beach. It was amazing to be able tongo to the beach anytime without a long walk or hauling all the beach equipment everytime.
There was a small issue with one of the full beds that had a broken beam but we were able to fix it easily. As well as not all the beach chairs were functional so we were short a few
The only other downside is the pool is not heated. We were aware of that fact but it made for very cold swimming for our 3 kids who couldn't help themselves. Would be great if that could be an amenity guests can pay extra to have done, because we definitely would have paid for a heated pool.
Overall we had a great experience and would come back again.

We were celebrating his life and it was kind of dampened with the bugs which should of never happened.

Nice and Clean
We enjoyed our stay at Pirate’s Booty. Rental was very clean and roomie enough for a large family. The beach chairs were great, but I might consider getting some additional beach umbrellas for the unit. Overall we had a great stay and would happily recommend the rental to others.
My only real complaint was the strength of the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi needs more bandwidth for the number of people the house can accommodate.

This property has obviously undergone some recent upgrades. The pool area is very nice. The walk to the beach is over an updated boardwalk. The decks show wonderful views of the ocean and down the beach. The upper deck railing does need some repair. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Furnishings and decor are comfortable and look great. Kitchen is well equipped. House is located on a good part of the island; even though island is heavily populated during the summer with tourists, we did not have to deal with crowded beach or terrible traffic near the house.
