We enjoyed our weekend stay at the house in Rosenberg. House was what we expected based on the description. Cleanliness and location made our family gathering enjoyable.

Great house, plenty of space for everyone, good location, safe neighborhood. Family enjoyed the stay. Would book again in the future.

Cockroaches in the kitchen Light in Master bath was flickering Dirty bathrooms Stove was dirty End recliner by the kitchen was not closing properly. The swivel barstool was unsafe. Not enough kitchen linens. The silverware and dishes were dirty and not enough. The silverware quality and quantity was cheap. No hotpads. No dinner forks. Only salad forks. Wasp and hornets nests in the outside seating area. Upstairs bedroom upstairs to the right of the stairs didn't have a tv/internet connection. Upstairs bathroom shower rod fell. No water pressure at all in the upstairs bathroom. The kitchen was barely stocked. No steak knives

We stayed here with a group of four families. Great hangout spaces! We ran into a few small issues but the property management was very responsive.

Well-appointed house with plenty of room for my family & I. The neighborhood was lovely, too—good for walks, and my nephews loved the playground with a splash pad nearby. The host was kind and responsive, too, and all around, it was a great stay!
