My family and I spent a spectacular weekend. This place is super relaxed, this house has all necessary amenities, super clean and super safe. The owner is very prompt to respond from beginning to end, helping us with any question or need. Highly recommended. Couldn't wait to come back again. Oh, and the swimming club was super good. The children thoroughly enjoyed it. Incredible pass including with the renting. Thank you Stephen for your kindness you are fantastic hostđź‘Ť

House needs some updates. Appliances etc. Showers were hit or miss with hot water and water pressure. Outside deck and stairs need to be replaced. Safety issue. House was clean

Wonderful weekend getaway!
Had an amazing time- the house was absolutely perfect for our family. Very tastefully decorated, plenty of room, and had everything possible that we could have been looking for or forgot. There are a few maintenance type items that I'm sure they will fix when they have some downtime (understandably hard to do in the middle of winter). Its a bit hard climbing over a small ice mound to get into/out of the house with bags and babies. The outside stairs needs some repair (but they are snowed in, so I'm guessing they don't want folks to use them) as does a couple of small things in the house. Nothing that got in the way of the beauty and functionality of this home. It felt real, it felt welcoming- and we would definitely go back.

Needs TLC
Pros and cons to this property. First, the pros: plenty of space to stretch out. We had multiple families staying here and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Great location and easy to locate. Bedrooms were tastefully decorated.
Cons: Upon our arrival I noticed the stairs leading to the door and deck were not shoveled off. To access the ground floor door you had a traverse a mound of ice. It had definitly had not been shoveled or cleared properly, which made exiting and entering the house a challenge especially when holding a one year old child! Not to mention the fact that you couldn't open one of the door in case of an emergency because it was blocked by snow. Also, the bathrooms need some TLC. Towel rack was broken, toilet seat was not working properly. I don't believe that the house was worth the money!

Stephen’s property is exactly what I had hoped for when planning a trip to the White Mountains. The property is located in a fairly secluded section of Waterville Estates, but close enough to stores, restaurants, hikes and more. The property was easy to check in to, well decorated, and had everything we needed. We took full advantage of the outdoor fire pit and still had enough room for our cornhole boards. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to return again someday.
