3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom quiet villa only 2 minutes from Cost U Less Supermarket and 5 minute drive to Agana Shopping Center, movie theater, restaurants and fast food places. McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Wendy’s only 5 minutes away! Beaches are only an 8 minute drive away. Centrally located and close to everything!! Must see

Giving this a two star based on these details.
- needs newer windows with screens. Only the master BR had a new window w/ screen. Other windows no screens so when we had to open windows for fresh air, we could not as it would invite in bugs and such.
- Bedbug spray found in one of the cabinets, which was kinda alarming, but maybe they use it as a precaution?
- Dining room chairs legs were loose. need to be tighted w/ allen wrench
- Clean up outside back door and get rid of abandon cars. This just made the overall place/location look trashy.
Right two burners on stove, not working and coffee maker didn't work either. For a rental I would expect all appliances to be in good working order upon arrival.

One of the frying pans was pretty unusable
Terrible roadway to get to apartment.
